Ryan is a great person. And also I asked the young Man who has been working for Tops Markets, and he told me exactly where to go and he deserves a raise. He has Nice dreads, he has been working for Tops for a long time. He is always kind to me and my son. I just forgot his name. This Man amongst many others, like Latonya Woods, who's been working for Tops for a very long time. I feel that We should celebrate the people who are going strong even throughout the Pandemic and she weathered the storm. Not many people can do that.

Today is the date 10/07/2024 time 7:00 PM, in self counter,
I came from DC to visit niagara and i came TOPS to buy some food and i got some and i was confused so i ask for help and i said excuse me, but the lady in the counter she was standing in a computer and said soo rudly WHAT!!! I was sock and she was staring at me with big eyes like she wants to fight. I didn’t understand what i should do and what i have to say. The lady was too bad in costume service. If she was busy she should let me know but it was a worst experience. ? ? ?

We visited from out of town, the place was hard to navigate and not very nice staff. Needs a good clean, and bathrooms were out of toilet paper. If you needed something closed and quick this is the place but besides that not so good.
