The worst experience I had at this place. I bought a car from them. Which was a lemon? There was all kinds of problems with it. When I first bought it, they didn't want to do nothing about it. They're still not doing nothing about it. I haven't been able to drive my car for many. Many months, and all they tell me is they're not responsible for it. And it's been like this since I bought it. It was a total lemon worst experience ever. Don't ever buy a car from them. They do not do anything for you. They charge you your price on the car. And then when you need the car fixed or something goes wrong, they told me they tell you, oh well, it's your problem. I've had nothing but problems with this car. Can't even get an inspected, had it less than a year.Go to find out can't get inspected.It has front end problems.It has an engine light.It has muffler problems.It has all kinds of problems.I suggest you go somewhere else and do not buy a car from them because they will not do anything for you.The owner is the worst.He avoids confrontation and does not want to fix anything for you.And if he does decide to fix anything for you, he doesn't want to help you in any way

I bought a used van still under dealer warranty. I was talking to someone about it and agreed this is a SHADY BUSINESS. Mike Dan seems nice when you meet him but will throw you under the dust if you leave a review or confront him. Anyways I’m still under warranty and I took it to my mechanic. It’s still some things that has some defects like the oil housing wipers cracked windshield on the left side. You know they use the cheapest thing just to get a sale and then lie to you. I’m going to my attorney to sue them. “Not nice to meet you”

Was sold a lemon .... Sold me the vehicle and promised threw calls and text ( that I have recordings of) that whatever is wrong with my vehicle they would fix and when the time came Mike pretty much told me nope go threw your warranty. He ignored my calls . He had to fix the breaks in order for it to pass inspection even those were done wrong and it took them 8 whole days to do it. He also wouldn't have the brakes or muffler fixed until I gave him the down payment for the vehicle. Mike also kept telling me I need more and more money down after we agreed on a down payment. DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!! SOME THINGS I NEED FIXED ON MY VEHCILE ISNT EVEN COVERED BY THE WARRANTY SO I WILL BE PAYING OUT OF POCKET FOR IT ALL EVEN AFTER I WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD FIX IT !!!!!

Had a very great experience i want ti thank mike for making the process of getting a new car awesome. You went above and beyond to get it done and get me driving out the same day. Very polite very very ethical thank you again. For being respectful not pushing for a sale but caring to get me out the door with a decent price and nice car. Mike you are what sales person should be not just a sale thank you....

Do not trust a word that Mike says. He told me they weren't going to charge me for registering the car while I was holding a piece of paper in my hand that said it was going to be $175. Thats only the most obvious one; there were many more. FYI if you are not financing through them and using plates from old car you can register the car yourself. Also, things he says have been taken care of are not. Spend some money to have an independent mechanic take a look.

Ive CALLED, EMAILED, TEXTED, even left a detailed VOICEMAIL. You guys are literally dragging an already shady process further into darkness. So many testimonials are being overshadowed by our many different circumstances for needing a vehicle. But hindsight is always 20/20. Pls stop playing with folks livelihoods.

Hate to be the join the choir here but unfortunately I, too, had very terrible experience with Mike from TCWNY,as well as the mechanics. They rushed and botched my inspection and I garuntee they did so because I planned on moving out of state; check engine light and matience light came on not even a day after I bought her. They also promised to get me new if not just ANY hub caps for my car and then delivered me 3/4 and never got back to me. Cute.
Luckily for me I got a corolla I can drive into the dirt but unfortunately most people aren't that lucky. Although the pricing and finicaing is reasonable I'd definitely recommend looking elseware for a "cheap" car. Because they really are CHEAP.

SOLD ME A LEMON ? Bought a vehicle via finance, end of June and not even a week into driving it the engine light came on and it started misfiring, and shaking violently when stopped. They had "their guys" take it in and take a look. They had it for almost 4 weeks before I got it back. The shaking continued and later that day the engine light came back on. After many many calls and voicemails to both the business phone and Mikes phone, I finally got a reply a month (maybe more) later. He told me to do it thru the warranty company. I tried doing that, unfortunately the warranty wouldn't cover to fix it and pepboys wanted 1,600 to fix it. Mike had told me I could bring it in and he will change out the parts needed. A month later I finally get to take it in and he only changes one set of parts that I was told needed replacing. He told me to drive it for a while, should work it's self out. It did not. Again it was like pulling teeth getting anyone to respond back to me. Now it's late Oct and I finally am told he made an appt at a mechanic they "work with" for Nov 7th. That was the last time I hady vehicle. That mechanic, Matt I believe is his name, told me he would call me with updates. I had to call to find out what was going on after a month. I was told he was going to be calling the warranty company to talk to them about what was going on. Then nothing again till I called about a month ago. I was informed the warranty company wouldn't cover replacing the engine because it was caused by a "maintenance issue" even tho I literally had this problem from the start. I was told there's carbon buildup in the engine from lack of oil changes causing it to misfire. The mechanic says he doesn't want to charge Transportation Center because "they didn't know" and asked if I had any suggestions about what to do with the vehicle. After I hung up with him I called Mike and left a voicemail explaining how it had now been 9 months since I purchased the vehicle and I had it in my possession maybe 3 full months. I'm paying over 400 a month plus insurance for a vehicle I cannot drive! All I'm asking is for them to make it right and replace my vehicle with something of the same price point or buck up and pay for the engine to be replaced. But I still have yet to receive a call back. AWFUL business! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I will be contacting an attorney to see what I can do legally and if need be, I'll take it to the news till I get a response. This is absolutely ridiculous and I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet.

Straight up crook... We'll promise you he'll fix the issues on vehicle. This and that is good it passed inspection,(via thier "guys")....massive oil leak wrong sized beat up cupped tires, say the owner will pay to fix, cut a check for repairs...Mike super nice sure, but will tell you what ever it takes to get his commission...mean while never making good on things and stop responding completely after paperwork is done and signed...beware he'll take you..now stuck with payments and 2500$ in repairs and tires..I'm sure Mike had a great Christmas...
