Upon exiting the establishment, I encountered a clear instance of racial bias exhibited by the blonde female employee at the counter. A white female customer ahead of me was permitted to proceed with her item, which was merely wrapped in plastic without any tape, and she received no admonition regarding her packaging. In stark contrast, when I presented my item, which was securely placed in an envelope but also untaped, I was abruptly informed that my package must be taped and prepared accordingly for future transactions. This discrepancy in treatment raises significant concerns about the fairness and consistency of service provided to customers, highlighting an unacceptable double standard that must be addressed. It is imperative that all customers receive equal treatment regardless of their race, and I urge management to implement training programs to ensure that such discriminatory practices are eradicated. In addition, all black customers need to be observant of how they are treated with visiting this establishment. I have been going her for over 4 years and this is my first experience of such.

This location is by far the best UPS Store in Upstate, New York. The customer service is immaculate and the staff makes the experience even that much better. Special kudos to Carrie!

Pathetic customer service. They damaged a painting of ours and despite paying extra for handling and insurance, when the time came they refused to help us out. Stay away. Staff is also very rude and unapologetic and disrespectful!

The one employee that served us was beyond ignorant, and talked in a demeaning way to us!!! Didn`t bother us, but she should find another job, or seek counselling!!!
