Ever since I moved to niagara falls I have had nothing but problems with this post office. Today I watched the person who delivers my mail on my security camera pull up to my house, stay in there van and mark my package as failed attempt and then drove off. Straight bull!!!

Recently I traveled over border from Canada to get a few partial sent to weld in the US due to Canada Post strike in Canada the service will really good lot of people online from Canada I got my parcel scent on it way to the family member in the US so I'm really grateful that you know for USPS least they don't go on strike I boohoo Canada Post on strike

Last two times I went there I actually had helpful people who actually went to see if my package was in so I could collect it seeing as I’ll be working all day and prefer my packings to not possibly be stolen. Today unfortunately I was met with who must be a new worker who was completely unhelpful especially after being told I had already been waiting for my package since the 7th and instead of being helpful or even seeing if it actually had left the post office she just assumed that it had and sent me on my way. This post office should honestly just close and only go out of the one uptown because it can’t seem to hold onto decent employees who actually want to help. Now let’s hope my package can actually be delivered today and won’t be stolen when I already could’ve had it if some new worker could’ve actually been helpful and did her job

Worst Post Office on the planet! Postal carrier "collected" my packages and held them without leaving ANY notification that there were packages waiting for me. And to make it worse, instead of putting them in the "cage" where they belong he kept them at his work station where NO ONE knew they were there. They delivered an empty box that the tape had some how "let go". Miserable attitude from PUBLIC SERVANTS! Remember who's the boss cause it ain't you! It's us. We pay your salary with our tax money AND we pay your taxes with our tax money!

Absolute garbage. First they lose your package then it's like pulling teeth trying to speak to someone human over the phone to get answers. Everyone working for this institution has an IQ in the lower double digits.
