Worst Post Office on the planet! Postal carrier "collected" my packages and held them without leaving ANY notification that there were packages waiting for me. And to make it worse, instead of putting them in the "cage" where they belong he kept them at his work station where NO ONE knew they were there. They delivered an empty box that the tape had some how "let go". Miserable attitude from PUBLIC SERVANTS! Remember who's the boss cause it ain't you! It's us. We pay your salary with our tax money AND we pay your taxes with our tax money!

Absolute garbage. First they lose your package then it's like pulling teeth trying to speak to someone human over the phone to get answers. Everyone working for this institution has an IQ in the lower double digits.

Incredible service! I bought some stamps today and the clerk was very patient to show me the new released stamps also hand canceled my postcards.

Stranger picked up my package and signed off as J.L ...... That's not my name don't they check a piece of id before releasing the package? I've tried to call them entire day no one picks up phone.

It's common to hear complaints about the post office, but I send out numerous packages (ebay) and only have a problem maybe 1 out of 1000 times. The majority of the time they're very fast and helpful. I was just googling a branch to check their hours, but I feel most of the workers here do a good job and don't get the credit they deserve, hence this review to say thanks.

When they aren't returning packages due to covid they're fine. They cost me a significant amount of money during the covid border shut down in spite of assurances that they would hold on to the stuff until the border reopened. Still pretty ticked off about that.

Not true to their word. Paid for po box rental was unable to use it because of Covid. Sent all my parcels back to the sellers and I am out several hundreds of dollars. Have been with them for over 27 years but I guess that doesn't mean anything.

Called for information about my package and the man I spoke to was so rude and hung up on me. If you hate your job find another one, some people should not be working in customer service.

This occurred on 3/29/22. I have a POBox on Main St. Just because I made an error on the zip code they sent my package to South Ave. Whom ever did this, my name was correct and also my pobox was also correct. You should have taken it to Main St. Did you see my POBox at South Ave. No you didn't. So when I picked my package up at South Ave. It was all jokes saying, they though someone else was picking it up there. Made no since.

The mail carrier wrongly marked our house as vacant when it is clear that there are residents living in the house, we have lost numerous packages due to this. When I attempted to call I couldn’t get through until I opened an investigation with the United States Postal Inspection Service, when the man operating the phone called me he spoke condescendingly to me, and inevitably hung up on me. Incredibly disappointing to speak with someone so miserable regarding an issue that has been considerably costly.
