The employees don't care about their customers! All they care about is getting their commission! Been with them for 11 years and they screwed me over horribly! They don't care about customer loyalty or what the customer wants/needs! All I wanted was to upgrade my daughter's phone and add a watch which would've cost me an extra $20/month but the guy said he could "get me a better deal" and blah blah blah...... he messed up my whole account and now I'm stuck paying $395 a month! That's almost $200 more a month than I was paying before! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND going with any other phone carrier! Do not waste your time or money with Verizon! By the time you realize they've screwed you over it will be too late!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff who not only screws up my order but then pair my watch to my phone even though I requested the opposite only to have to go back to the store as they where closing. I bought a phone and a watch and the watch should have been free. It's been 3 months of trying to fix his error without success. Jeff is no longer returning my calls or my texts. I call this total inconvenience. I should have read the reviews....

My mom and I had a recent experience and had to get mom a new phone plan. Kevin, Pat, and JeffHelped us. They actually sat with us for about 4 hours to get everything perfect. They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! Thank you for helping figure out how we could get mom out of the situation of being on someone else's account and helping mom break free from that hold! Pat!! You sat with us and listened. You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. We were created as soon as we walked in, with smiles and by the time this was all done we left with hugs! Thank you!! Thank you so very much

I had a very poor experience with the switch of my daughters phone from AT&T back to Verizon. However, after 2 days of a complete mess within a VERY, VERY short time BLAKE at the Verizon store not only helped us and fixed the issue. He also was beyond pleasant and polite and very knowledgeable. I arrived 15 minutes before store closing hours and he didn't hesitate to make sure to put us at ease he would fix her phone before we left and did. KUDDOS to BLAKE. Excellent customer service!! Thank you very much!

I HATE when I have to go to the Verizon store. I. Hate. The. Store! Let me say I love the Verizon network. My phone always works. I just really HATE when I have to go to the store. I must say, that the people on the 800 number were super helpful to fix the stores errors.The. Store. Is. Awful. Do. Not. Get. Help. From. Jai.Last time the guy basically ordered our phones without asking if we wanted to pay full or do a payment plan. Acted like a pushy salesman. Ended up on payment plan. That was better than this trip.Went to upgrade our phones to S21 with a deal they sent us. Met with someone named Jai. I asked him if all S21 lines would be the promo cost a month. He. Said. Yes. He didn't set it up that way though we learned later.He took my phone and did all the stuff he needed to do to order the phones. He never asked if we wanted a particular color or anything (all 3 were ordered gray). Then he told us we were ALL SET and the phones would come in the mail. Told us we could transfer the information ourselves and then send the old phones back. I asked if instructions to do that came with it. He said yes.TWO WEEKS LATER still no phones and I called customer service. The woman (forgot her name) on the 800 number was great. She asked if we paid. I said no, he said we were all set and NEVER asked or told us to pay. Found out that was why we never received our phones. Went online to my page and inside my cart to "pay" for the phones (really goes onto monthly bill) and they came in 2 business days.Now I have the phones and I had to call 800 number again because only 1 out of the 3 phones had the promo plan! Diamond was who I talked to this time on the 800 number and she was great - best I ever dealt with! She helped me change all 3 plans to the promo price, print labels for the trade-in and showed me where I could track it. She stayed on the phone until I had them all printed as well. She even told me the bill will look higher the first few months and then we will get credit for the trade-ins. If Diamond worked at the store I would see her every time!If you get Jai ask for someone else. He is not very helpful at all and doesn't listen to what you say or ask questions. Also if you can, avoid the store and do it online instead. As I learned the 800 number has excellent employees. I usually like going to a store to help employees keep jobs, but now that I know how to transfer the information from one phone to the next I do not have a need for the store.

One of the worst experiences i've ever had. Totally incompetent staff. Took me over 2 hours just to activate my new phone because nobody there knew what they were doing. One especially retarded moron refused to touch my phone. How these idiots are working here and not Popeye's is one of the great unsolved mysteries of our times. Niagara Falls is full of useless, vacuous losers but these bozos take the cake!
