The associates are great but the service sucks and their reps lie terribly. I hate it I'm switching to T mobile my husband uses them WAY BETTER SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE NEAR CANADA.

This store is TRASH!!! I went to get a new phone as mine had broke. Should have been a simple transaction. I picked out a phone in about 2 minutes and was ready to go through the 10-15 min transaction. They ran my card and couldn't hook my phone up as it wouldn't show in their system. I had to call the bank and verify the transaction was pending , which it was. They wouldn't hook up or give me my new phone until the pending transaction went through, which wouldn't be for a couple days. By the way there was another couple there going through the same thing . They were there for 2 hours before me!!! I wasn't willing to wait so I asked them to cancel the transaction and I would come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and the transaction went through fine. Fast forward a few days and I check my bank . They took the money out for both transactions and charged me twice for 1 phone. I went back a 3rd time to get this taken care of and the worker was VERY rude and just annoyed he had to deal with the situation. He was very condescending and just plain rude. About 20 minutes go by while he's in the backroom. He finally comes out and says in a very rude tone that there's nothing they can do, and I'll have to dispute it with bank. A 20 minute transaction has now eaten up three of my evenings and I was double charged without even so much as an " I'm sorry" .
The tiny guy with a limp is who waited on me and was EXTREMELY RUDE. I recommend dealing with someone else if you go there. The other employees were very nice and helpful .

Although I have not been there before since I must try for the first time. I already found and bought a used Verizon ZTE Cymbal LTE flip phone from a Canadian thrift store Talize. I might take my phone to Verizon having this unlock for International use, even if I live in Canada. I know I believe and trust them.

Very professional, Very polite. You can ask any employee a bunch of questions even if they are not working with you. They have no problem making sure their customers smiles. I recommend this place 1000/1000. I will go here for now on . I am a very satisfied customer. They all deserve a raise . Especially the manager that helped me today. 3 hours and he was VERY professional . I would of chucked the phone after 30 mins. Blows my mind. But they all made sure I got whatever I need. Whatever I asked they all helped . I even watched confused and irritated customers come in and leave with a smile . Mean while the employee working with them never raised a
vice was as sweet as you can be . Have to go here .HANDS DOWN. Thank you no again Verizon Employees.

Jeff was incredibly helpful. I've been to another location recently that I had a terrible experience with and thought I'd try a new batch of employees. He finished with a customer and came right over to help us and accomplished all the changes to our account and lines that we came in to do, while being honest and holding a fun conversation at the same time. He was laid back but very adept at getting us what we wanted in an efficient way. So while Verizon might be worth less than 5 stars, he earns this location a 5.

Rude rude manager . He is extremely rude to the customer and then try to act like it the other persons fault . He did not take people in order and I had an appointment.Waited over 45 minutes and I had an appointment. I cant tell you how rude he was . He was embarrassing for the customers in the store . He needs needs to take a course in customer service .it seem like from other reviews seem to agree with regards to the rude manager .Lindsey on the other hand is a gem of a gem

Edit: Read all of the customer reviews before you do business with Verizon. One common comment from customers: the company does not care... regardless of how long you have been a faithful customer and have paid them tens of thousands of dollars.
Original Review:
We stopped in today to see if we could reduce our monthly payments and inquire about the home wifi to replace our current provider. We have been customers for over 10 years and recently we have seen ads on TV for Verizon service for less than what we are currently paying. To begin with Verizon has installed screens right where you sit down to talk to the customer service reps, so instead of seeing a face, you see a screen and your customer service rep is hiding behind it. Now, our rep Jeffery, seriously has no place in customer service. He told us flat out, without looking into options that we cannot reduce our bill and if we didn't like it, there's the door (as he pointed towards the door). He was not happy about being there at all and showed it. We will be switching our service.
