I got robed in this location in their parking lot around 4pm today. A couple in a gray small van snatched a gold chain from my neck. I was with my 5 year old son while this incident happened in a day light.
I did not see any security guard placed by the Walmart to keep their customer safe. I tried contacting the Walmart manager to alert them of the incident so they can take measures to keep their customer safe however the lady who picked up the phone kept me waiting for a long time. I wanted to speak with the store manager with no success.

I had the absolute worst experience at Walmart today by a Cashier named Jay. Dear Jay, As a fellow Walmart associate, and an eye doctor by profession, I was shocked by a pathetic display of incompetence that you showed today. I had my discount card with me and even flashed my Walmart app to prove my right to the 20% discount we earn, and you still refused and treated me like I was an outsider until I showed my ID. Instead of handling the situation like a professional, he rudely told me “go talk to manager” !! Your behavior is unacceptable and a disgrace to Walmart. It’s high time you learn basic respect and courtesy. He laughed in my face, and said, “We’ll see what you can do.” Seriously? That level of rudeness is beyond unprofessional. If this is how you treat customers—let alone fellow employees, you have no business being at the register.
Not only was his attitude completely unprofessional, but the way he spoke to me was unacceptable. We’re both employees of the same company, and this is how you treat a fellow associate?

Called looking for a product to see if they had it in store.
The woman on the phone was rude from the start, then sent me to a different department. I was on hold for just over 6 minutes an hung up an called back. Same woman answered and I asked her to run the code I had to see if it was in stock, she then said she had to go find the right gadget to do that. I waited another 5 mins.
Store seemed like they need more training

The female cash register attendant (dark hair and glasses) at #2 today (February 17th) at approximately 12:30pm is strongly lacking customer service skills. I recommend training but I hope she's okay and maybe had a bad day.

Eh. It's a Walmart. They have security at the door so that's different from the ones I'm used too. So that's good. Nobody cares about a review about Walmart. I could literally say there was dirt covering every inch of the store ( there wasn't) and people would still go there. Lol. So. Go here and shop. It's a Walmart. It's cheaper than the tourist traps everywhere else.

Purchased a "brand new vacuum " as they don't sell used items, right?! We'll this vacuum was definitely used it was disgusting! Filled with human and pet hair! Are you kidding me?! 🤮

I go in there all the staff are standing around and watching us shopping with no bags stoked in produce and all romaine lettuce expired and the lettuce under the lettuce was expired even a further date. December 31st and January 9 was all the romaine stocked expired. Produce isnt the only section they are not roating at this store as it's been eggs, milk and cheese. Check before you buy guys always.

Went here and I'm from the states. I have to say, not bad. It definitely a clean well maintained Walmart. The employees are rude and miserable though. But a nice clean Walmart with a McDonalds inside. That's unheard of in the states lol

**Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Customer Service**
I had a very unpleasant experience at Walmart yesterday (21 December 2024) that has completely changed my perception of their customer service. I was standing in line at the customer service desk, waiting my turn, when an employee blatantly ignored me and proceeded to assist another customer who arrived *after* me. When I politely pointed out that I was first in line, the employee was rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer etiquette or respect.
It was not only frustrating but also disrespectful. Even though he ( Shivam Sharma) had that audacity to say “ I am not going to serve you “ I understand that employees are busy, but ignoring a customer and showing such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service is appalling, and I feel completely undervalued as a customer.
I right away took this matter to customer service manager and she mentioned that it had been a few complaints against him already and she will going to email him but I want to mention or suggest that no one is working there for free and he is getting paid for the customer representative job and I hope Walmart take this seriously as this is unacceptable and will lose the business!!!
I hope Walmart takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on how to treat all customers with respect, regardless of how busy they are.
