Went to the galleria mall store which was just a hot mess. So we went to the Niagara outlet mall. We being myself and 3 teenage girls. Found dresses with no problem. Waited to try on about 40 mins. Purchased 4 dresses. However one of the dresses got mixed up and we ended up with the wrong size. Went back to get the correct size and of course it was not in stock. The woman working was wonderful. Calling other stores and offering to have it overnighted to that store for me to pick up the next day. And that’s where it ended. Never heard back from anyone. I emailed and they very rudely told me if I want it I have to buy another dress and pay for the $25 express shipping instead of just coming and exchanging for size. I had specifically asked what the shipping would be and was told it was free as a courtesy. I also live almost 2 hours away from the store. Now I plan to return every dress I just purchased. Done with that store.

Had an awful experience. Right when me and my mom walked in we didn’t even get a “hi”. (we were the only 2 people in the store) Didn’t get any help finding any dresses the entire time. When we asked for a fitting room we had to move all the dresses ourselves. I also had no help zipping up the dresses, had to do everything on my own. Was not the prom shopping experience i wanted. Do not recommend.
