This building is really old. Wyndham Garden should knock it down and rebuild it.
Rooms: The rooms are old and the beds I think are old too I'm not completely sure.
Nearby activities: There isn't really anything to do around here. There is a movie theater in the city. There is a casino. There is another country across the ditch. I mean USA is #1! Even though there isn't much to do in this city.

Do not stay here.. CC scams! one of the worst places we’ve stayed in a long time. We saw a review the night we stayed (wish we read them earlier) someone said they had fraudulent charges on their credit card after staying here and it was the only place they used that card. We didn’t think too much of it and boom 2 weeks after we stayed, fraud charge from Buffalo NY and it was an in-person transaction and we still had the physical card. So they have a system to swipe/copy the cards, the guys behind the front desk seemed sketchy. The elevators felt like they were gonna break on us at any moment, the towel rack was rusty, room smells humid and gross. They charge more for a view that isn’t even that good, the only thing decent was the location but besides that, NOT worth the FRAUD. If you are reading this and it’s too late, just cancel your card and get a new one. Not worth the risk.

Walking distance to the falls, cheap in relation to the other hotels near the falls, very nice rooms. Only gripe I had was not being informed about the 20 dollar parking fee before hand or on any booking site.

Rooms and common areas generally not clean. Parking ok during the week, challenging on the weekend. Overall, just ok.

Comfortable rooms, good location, the person at the reception during check-in did not give us much information about the accommodation but the rest of the staff was very friendly.

Rooms were horrible. It smelled, the carpet was dirty and there were stains. We also had a corner of a suite and it was really tiny. We also were over the parking lot that had a truck that played loud music all day and evening.

When we came to check in at the front desk we were not welcomed besides a dispute of free parking that was initially included when we were booking through Priceline. The staff at the desk seemed to be a manager was rude and trying to prove us wrong at the time of booking. The manager asked us to pay for parking plus tax and facilities fee while we had already paid for facility fee at the time of booking through Priceline. They asked us to insert the card in their interac machine and not to tap. For some reasons our credit cards and debit cards declined So they took our credit card and used a computer for deposit and parking fee. They didn't ask permission if they can use our credit card manually at the computer. Room was ok but the service was quite unprofessional.

The room was clean and nice. Noiseless, the location is very convenient. Staff responded very unpleasantly and aggressively. There were no disposable slippers in the room, this is a very important thing that should be in every room.

Well unfortunately, this is my first time writing a poor review. What was supposed to be an enjoyable, love filled, short getaway to the falls after having the most perfect wedding weekend…quickly turned into a nightmare we will never forget. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, we were given a double bed room instead of the king bed we reserved..didn’t think much of it nor did we make a fuss because we were only there for one night. We left for about an hour and a half to view the falls with our daughter, and when we returned our key no longer worked to our room and the staff gave us a hard time letting us in to grab our stuff since we were now being told we were given the wrong room key. When we were finally given access, our hearts sunk when we quickly realized $4,000 was stolen out of our luggage (our wedding gift money) and the couple that was checked into our room while we were out took off and never returned. To give more context, we read reviews that cars have been broken into in the hotel parking lot so we felt it was safest to be overly cautious and bring it inside. Typically most hotels have “safes” in the rooms, this one unfortunately didn’t but we were told in this situation those safes could also easily be overrided. So we did what we could and wrapped the money in a sock, shoved it in our daughter’s shoe and buried it in her clothes in her unicorn duffle bag and left the do not disturb sign hanging outside the door. To make situations worse, the two machines that are used to tell who had access to that room including staff, were both conveniently broken. With cash being stolen there is absolutely no way of getting it back even with the couple’s information..we are hoping the hotel makes it right due to staff negligence but at this time we feel little hope and are feeling absolutely heartbroken that people are so awful in this world.

The room was clean and the location was a five minute walk from Niagara Falls State Park. The service at the restaurant was above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly, and the french toast was delicious!

I was not totally impressed with the place. They had no decent restaurant at the hotel that you could eat at
