Started out great but... after 2 months you can see where each person lays. There are indentations where we sleep and the middle of the bed is higher. I bought a bed which cost over a thousand dollars. Now I need a new one. Hasn't been a year since I bought it. Very disappointed! Plan on calling to see if they will do anything to help!

Bought a mattress for my son here two years ago and unfortunately it popped spring. Matt Stasio Walk me through the warranty process gave me the paperwork and email address and in less than 24 hours I got approved for a replacement highly recommend a store as a standby their products.

I bought a mattress 3 years ago, just about a few months ago the mattress started to sink more and more. So i contacted them and they gave me a full credit and to come in to pick out a new mattress. I went today the salesperson was great told me about different mattress amd how they would feel. Bought a new one today. Great company

Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and very affordable. The commercial i saw on TV was right they sell mattresses for less a lot less.

This is the best mattress store. I won't go anywhere else anymore. I have such a hard time finding a comfortable mattress. I have bought and returned many due to problems with support or sleeping too hot or just not comfortable. And with the insane prices of mattresses these days, I am not willing to settle for something I don't love. The mattress I bought here is the second from this store. The first was for my daughter when she was small. After she left home it became a guest mattress and our guests would always comment on how comfortable the bed was. Then after trying many different mattresses for myself and not finding the right one I finally though maybe it was worth a try even though I was skeptical of buying a "cheap" mattress. Well, I should have started here in the first place! There was no hard sales pitch, but honest answers from a very knowledgeable sales person. I ended up with a latex mattress which is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. It's not hot and has just the right amount of support and softness. We also opted for an adjustable base which is absolutely heavenly. My back is never stiff or sore in the mornings anymore, my neck doesn't ache. It is wonderful. And the most amazing part was that the price was by far better then at any other mattress store. DO NOT hesitate to buy here. You will not be disappointed!!

I went to the store on Military Rd in the Falls to buy a new mattress for my "guest " bedroom because my grandson had moved back in. I was greeted by Matt, told him what I wanted and was so glad he didn't put the hard sell on me. He listened to what I wanted and luckily one was in stock. Would definitely go back in the future if I need a new mattress.

Went in and seen Matt S. For a new mattress and adjustable base, he knew exactly what I was looking for and set me up with in minutes. I got the bed delivered to my home and absolutely love it!! Delivery was quick and professional.Thanks again Matt for everything.

Order a mattress for my daughter. That was on 8/26. I was told it would be 10 business days at most. Here it is 9/14 and still no mattress. Wouldn't go back. They said they have a local distributor who makes the mattresses locally so if that's the case why so long? Half debating canceling and just going else where.

I bought a mattress and absolutely love it. The salesperson was very friendly and talked so highly about the owners. I contacted xtreme mattress to see if they could help my sister in law who has many health issues and in desperate need of an adjustment bed and she isn’t financially able to buy one. Nicole contacted me that are going to help her. I can’t say enough about how amazing the owners are and the employees. I am very grateful for their generosity. Thank you again Xtreme mattress.

Prices comparable to other stores. But delivery company they have is AWFUL and RUDE!! When they delivered my new mattress and boxspring, one of the guys walked right through my flowerbed breaking my solar lights, stepping right on them. He didn't even care that he did it. He had plenty of room to bring it up the driveway just like the other gyt did with the boxspring. They carried both in the house and the plastic that was covering the mattress and boxspring were covered in mud. DON'T USE THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE!!

Beyond aggravated with this place, and I haven’t even gotten a mattress yet. I purchased my mattress on Friday the sales guy was helpful and even attempted to locate the one I purchased for pickup that day. When he couldn’t locate it, I was told it would be 10-14 days for pickup which was not ideal but willing to work with it. The next afternoon I received a voicemail from the store saying my mattress was in, so I thought it was a bonus and called this morning to make arrangements for pickup to which a completely different employee told me it was there and I could go pick it up. Make arrangements to pickup and get to the store to be told that it was not in and they don’t know why I was called. At this point I’m contemplating canceling my order as if they are this unorganized I have no faith in the product I will be receiving and really starting to believe all the negative reviews are the truthful ones and it seems more often than not people seem to be disappointed.To your response: errors happen everyday and I fully understand this, it was not the initial call on Saturday that was the issue as there was time to correct the issue on Monday when I placed a call to what I thought was the store and was in touch with a customer service agent who never informed she was not in the store and verified yes my bed was in and could make arrangements to pick up. Maybe your customer service reps should verify information before they tell a customer something as this was the reason for my cancellation. I do not trust businesses that operate this way and from the multiple negative reviews I see a pattern and couldn’t trust that I would be getting a quality product for less considering I paid similar prices for name brand less than 2 miles from your store and got it the same day. So no you will not get my business again best regards
