The yard dog and Guard Shack personnel are generally friendly, though one office worker acted as if a driver was putting him out. Unloading times differ; some drivers were in and out in one hour on a live unload, while for others it took hours and was described as "PICKY, PICKY, PICKY." Appointments can be checked in early, with receiving starting at 5:30 am. A truck stop is located less than 0.5 miles away with plenty of parking late at night, which is useful because the facility does not allow overnight parking and has no vending machines. Overall, it is not a terrible experience for a transfer, but a normal delivery from a vendor may be more difficult.
