We have several places on there internet service and not a single one has the amount of internet being paid for even when hooked up directly by ethernet cable its no wonder they keep changing their name oh and dont try to call them they don’t answer their phones either

I'd love to give you a higher star rating but I can't. I've dealt with my internet connection being spotty since I started receiving services a month ago. I've spoken to people at SLIC probably over 5 times because the wifi goes out way too much. First time I had to call to get it fixed I was told it could take up to 2 days to have a tech here to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable. I work from home and absolutely need the internet to do my job not to mention have access to any of my devices. I had to call them every single day to stay on them to do their job. I feel pacified by them and treated as if this isn't a big deal. IF IM PAYING YOU, ITS A BIG DEAL. First time I had a tech finally arrive to switch out equipment he couldn't even show me how to properly enter the password and gave me incorrect information and I had to call the SLIC office to have that cleared up. Now yet again a random connection issue. Not sure I should be paying full price for Internet when I don't even get full service. I can't do my work without worrying I'll be disconnected and then go potentially days without any resolution. You need to figure it out. Unfortunately the area I'm in requires me to have SLIC so I'm stuck with this service. Please see this and do better

Works great when it works but they charge 25$ reconnecting fee if they shut your internet down and seem to try and do it all the time not only that I've been waiting for a technician to contact me for 6hours now due to faulty equipment...

I have always had immediate service and solution to an issue. It amazes me that a small company can outservice the big companies. Just adding TV service to my current internet and phone plan. Keep up the great service.

Garbage company. Non-existent customer service. On days the internet does work, it's basically public area internet. This company is full of a bunch of frauds and they need to be shut down already. Anybody giving this service a good review is definitely working for this clown show of a company.

If you like internet that gets throttled down at peak hours….this is the company for you! Plus, they are Monday - Friday. And closed by 5. When you need them they’re not there.If you have any other option for high speed internet you should go With them.This is a typical government subsidized company that lives off of tax money and isn’t committed to the customer.

No stars deserved here!! I have never in my life had to call a Company more than 3 times to request new service! I had initially reached out 5/24 and left a voicemail. I called again on 5/30/23 spoke with Alex, who gave me the information she needed to get the ball rolling, and stated a service connection test would be done to determine if new wire needed to be ran. I called back again on 5/31/23 as I needed clarification on the email given by Alex. Shannon was very helpful and gave me her direct email to send the information again. Not even sure if the connection test was done. I also at that time requested further information regarding pricing and information on vacation mode, that I never received. somewhere in between On 6/6 I sent a follow up email to Shannon requesting an update, only to get the same response that the email will be forwarded to her supervisor and will follow up that day. So I finally get a response from Shannon the afternoon of 6/9/23 making me aware we are good to go for installation, and that she would be calling this afternoon, in which she did. I then get the call and am told the first available time they would be able to do anything is almost a month away, now remind you I already wasted 2 weeks on an approval as a new customer. As Shannon is telling me this information she is also stating that someone has to be at the property ALL day long as they have no idea when the Service Tech will be there for installation! I ended up telling her forget it and I would look at other options for service and hung up. Shannon I am sorry that you have to work at such a disorganized company, since you are the only one that took initiative to help get this ball going for me. I thank you for that and your wasted efforts.

Yesterday we had issues with our phone line. Justin came and fixed the problem. Very courteous and friendly. Good service matters, and Justin provided that for us.

If I could rate them ZERO, I would. This is the worst company by far. One time, three people came to check on my outages before the fourth finally found out what the problem was. Leave alone the fact that it takes them forever to respond to outage, they charge for every breath of air; they managed to disconnect my service because for ONE month ONLY I have paid only half of the bill. They disconnected it in complete violation of rules and guidance without absolutely any notification. They are UNPROFESSIONAL group of poorly capacitated people.

Service is good when it’s working. But… when it’s out, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! I have gotten 4 different stories in two days about when it would be repaired. Brad Patelli really needs to monitor his employees interactions with customers before there are no customers.

They’ll cut your service off within a few days of any missed payment. It’s quite inconvenient and out of practice with competitors. My service is otherwise fast and reliable at $128 a month.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. They will answer the phone during non-business hours but BEWARE- these particular customer service reps are ill-informed, discourteous and straight up RUDE. Many issue either service since I’ve become a member and nothing but frustrations - internet still not repaired not sure when it will be. They won’t give me an eta for repairs it’s disgusting their lack of customer service has blown my mind. The only reason they’re still in business is because it’s the only option for many. LOSERS
