Brought my 5-year-old laptop in with a couple of issues late on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday (it was actually done on Tuesday). Reasonable cost and now a perfect laptop once again. Faster than when it was new! Highly recommend.

Mike's really helpful! He will tend to your problems really fast and the service he provides is great! I got my hinge and LCD broken and after ordering new parts, he fixed them really fast! Highly recommend this store for anyone who are having laptop problems in the area

My laptop shut down and refused to power up. I left it with Mike mid-morning who said that he had repairs on several other machines ahead of mine and could not promise to get to it today. He called me less than 4 hours later to say that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. His charge was well below what I expected. If you have a sick PC desktop or laptop, see Mike. You will not be disappointed.

Mike is a life saver! Computer wouldn't boot properly after a CPU upgrade and he was able to figure out that it was due to my HDD of all things. He installed Windows on my new SSD, set the system to boot from there, and set up a path to my HDD to pull my files from. He also recommended me a nifty anti-virus alternative to Norton that'll save my wallet from hungry subscriptions. Knowledgeable dude, would recommend to anyone needed help!

Very happy customer.I had a MacBook Pro where there was an issue after battery replacement: touchpad and keyboard were not responsive. Michael fixed it within a couple of hours and the price was very reasonable. Nice to have a service like that in Niskayuna.

I had an HP All in One desktop (about 7 years old) that I use for work. It was running very slow but I loved the computer! I contacted Michael a few days ahead of time and stressed that this was a work computer and needed a quick turnaround. He was happy to help and got this back to me running like a brand new computer within hours! It saved me easily $1,000+ by just having mine fixed instead of buying new. This thing runs like greased lighting now! Thank you Mike!

Mike at ComputerRx is the best. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to computers and his prices are beyond reasonable. HP wanted to change me 5-times more than Mike for the exact same repair. Also, he doesn't talk down to you and treats you with respect.

I do not know why I waited so long and put up with the slowest computer on earth. My repair was very affordable and quick with next day service. I wish I had done this a year ago. I have a new hard drive and a more efficient security system. I can't tell you how pleased I am!!Sherry G.

The hard drive suddenly went on my lap top. I had never done business with Mike but called and had a conversation with him. Had the computer dropped off to him, he had the computer issue diagnosed within a couple of hours, called me, talked me through a few best options, helped me make a solid choice, did the work within the day and then went above and beyond resetting the lab top to top flight functionality including how to instructions if needed. Absolutely fantastic service! I highly recommend!
