“This is the nicest Dollar Tree I have EVER been to. The aisles and shelves are organized, there isn’t clutter preventing you from browsing. The staff obviously care about the store and it shows. I live the same distance from pretty much all the Dollar Trees in Clifton Park but will go out of my way to make this my regular store.”

Ofcourse there’s not the same selection as big box stores but you really can’t beat the convenience and the number of options they do have for their size. If you shop here during the season please be kind, and remember that they aren't allowed a budget for employee coverage. You're speaking rudely to someone on low salary who's trying their absolute best to make everything happen with minimal help. Neil is clearly very dedicated to working at dollar tree because he’s been there since 2012, the poor man is going through severe medical problems that could really affect him but is still clearly the life of the party despite that. i’ve heard from multiple people he’s the same jokester with everyone and they all love him. make Neil a manager!!”
“This Dollar Tree is THE BEST DOLLAR TREE in the area BY FAR. They always have everything in stock, the shelves are always full, the store is always clean and the staff is amazing. The cashiers are friendly and the managers are always nice and greet you with a smile. The female manager has fantastic customer service skills and is always eager to make your shopping experience a good one. Five stars isn't enough. Great job Colonie Dollar Tree!”
“The staff is great and it's obvious they really care. Nice people all around except this one older woman who was making me and my brother uncomfortable by staring and following us around and peeking into our shopping bags. I even made sure to show the cashier the rest of my items were from Stewart's lol. That was a bad experience but remember that everyone else there is nothing but lovely❤️”

“I did a review a while back for the Dollar Tree of Niskayuna, but never made one for this store specifically.
First and foremost, I took a few photos of the interior since Google has not updated with its latest remodel and the new plus section that was going around. As you can see, it’s quite clean. As a matter of fact one of the cleanest Dollar Tree that you could possibly lay your eyes on and able to walk around without anything blocking your pathway. And you’ll pretty much find what you’re seeking for.
However, the line management is outrageous since there are currently 1-2 registers open as other reviewers have mentioned. I don’t believe it’s the cashier’s fault for this, they are simply doing their job as best as they can. Of course, it’s near the holiday season, so what can customers like myself really expect from it. Unfortunately, Dollar Tree itself is popularly known for having the problematic long lines, so it’s normally going to be like this on a regular basis.
Setting that aside, I’ll give a point on this Dollar Tree. Not only it was clean, but most of their workers were really respectful. As someone who isn’t originally from Glenville, I honestly would suggest this place within the area.”
“The location is a bigger one than I'm used to and it makes a big difference. Things looked way more organized and stocked than other family dollars I have been in. They still have boats and boxes in a few place that blocked the shelves but overall a much better experience that most family dollars.”

“This store is conveniently located in the middle of Bellevue and has a large variety of reasonably priced items. Shopping here often replaces a trip to the grocery or department store. It also provides savings on many things I regularly use. The staff here are helpful and have provided excellent service and safety during the pandemic.”

“The young lady that helped me the other day when I went there to shop I am undisabled on a wheelchair scooter. And she was so attentive. She did her job perfectly helping a disabled person although I can walk sometimes I cannot use my hands or my feet properly I have neuropathy in my whole entire body which is affecting me a great deal now and I want to thank her very much I still have to go back to see her whichever do probably tomorrow but in all reality when you work a job and you'll see it disabled person that needs help whatever you do you must be attentive see help me put my stuff on the counter bag my stuff accordingly the way I needed a bagged and she helped me a great deal her name is nakeyta.”

“Dollar Tree is one of those places where it’s a bit hit or miss, which is honestly expected for a store like this. Sometimes I find exactly what I’m looking for, and other times I don’t—but when I do, it’s a great deal. Overall, it’s still a convenient spot to check for everyday items and quick finds.”
