My daughter has been enrolled for a little over 4 months now and she absolutely loves KinderCare! She’s always welcomed with open arms from her teachers and she’s thriving since being enrolled she has improved impeccably with her speech! Identifying numbers colors and her ABCs! It’s such a relief knowing my daughter is safe and in great care while away from mom. I always knew I wanted her daycare to be at a center and not in someone’s home and I’m so happy I chose KinderCare!

Based on my experience taking my kids here, I would pick up my youngest and on most days- she would have a completely overfilled diaper. Consistently had rashes except for the weekends when it would clear up under my care, then back to getting rashes under their staffs supervision. My youngest was outside in the summer with a sweater on and she was sweating and overheated.My oldest would always feel singled out for “being bad” for doing what any kid her age does. Putting a kid down verbally? Unacceptable. They also take a very long time at reimbursing you money they should not have charged you.Definitely relieved with the care my kids get now at different locations.

Our little one has been with Kindercare Niskayuna for about a year now. Our teachers have been THE BEST. They are all always enthusiastic, friendly, and he just loves them. My husband and I appreciate how there is always clear communication if any issues have come up (and even if there aren't), and we can go to work knowing he is safe, loved, and having lots of fun learning with all of his friends. A HUGE thank you to his teaching team -Ms. Bree, Ms. Tiana, Ms. Audrey, Ms. Bri, and Ms. Whitney for loving on our little guy every day! :)

My daughter has been at KinderCare for a year now and we love Amanda , Whittany Daya , Mercedes , & Bri ! I know my child is in good hands safe and loved when she is there and it makes leaving her so much easier ❤️

My daughter absolutely hated this place. She started to cry the minute we pulled in the parking lot. The staff was ill-equipped and it was chaos everytime I walked in. To be fair, there was one good teacher, but she moved classrooms and after that it was all down hill. There was an incident that was never truly solved and no one knew anything, but we did not return after that. We changed schools a few months back and she now loves school. I just hope nothing is going on there that was missed. I still regret keeping her there as long as we had. Listen to your gut mamas (and dadas). If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.

My 4 year old started Kindercare earlier this year and was in class 4B with Mr Terry and Ms Colleen. I'm so grateful for how amazing they were with him, which encouraged his engagement with their educational program. I always received prompt replies when checking in on how he was doing. I have nothing but good to say about their level of communication as well as their program.

We have had an amazingly positive experience with Kindercare Niskayuna.For context, up until the age of 2, our son was cared for at home by a regular babysitter. We knew we would need to make the transition to daycare eventually, and we weighed several options. As fate would have it, that time came in the midst of the pandemic. Needless to say, this increased our nerves around the transition in a major way.Jessica immediately helped us feel at ease, and was knowledgable, communicative, and reassuring. The center has gone above and beyond when it comes to taking proper precautions with COVID-19 and keeping staff and children safe. Beyond that, the environment has clearly been enriching for our son, who LOVES going to school. It did not take him long to come home and start talking about liking his teachers and his peers. The website makes paying our bill a breeze and the app is a fantastic resource, especially for all of the pictures we receive throughout the day! We could not be more grateful for the experience they have given our son, and our family, during such a challenging time.

This KinderCare location has gone through some changes since we started sending our 3 kids there, but I always feel like my children are in good, safe hands. The center is very clean and professional, and the children learn from an age appropriate curriculum. Billing is easy, and they have their own app, so I can get information (and most importantly, PICTURES!) throughout the day.Edit: I should clarify, the changes are good! I wanted to share that to give perspective on reviews before 2019/2020, which are based on a completely different staff.

I am so greatful for all the help, fun and learning that kindercare has provided my daughter for about 3 years. From the start, having to leave my 4 month old off, was difficult, but the teacher in the infant room was amazing! Even though she is no longer working at this location, there are a lot of excellent teachers! Each with different strengths, giving children the best experience that could happen. Now in the pre-k room, my 3 year old is learning so much and they are helping so much on her development in ways I cannot. And throughout my entire time there, the management and directors have been very understanding and accommodating. Sometimes I could get concerned, but they always addressed my concerns and even offered alternatives and options. I am so thankful that we are a part of this place ... this experience ... and most importantly, my daughter loves going to school! Thank you!

Even though this price is pricey compared to other daycares in the area, it is WORTH EVERY PENNY! They are great teaching my daughter and helping her develop. We have been there for 3 years and are so grateful for all they have done for our little girl. Even their food is good ... my daughter eat more variety there then at home ... so it is good to help expose her to more veggies and different food. She loves going and playing and learning!
