One star is too high. If I could rate it negative stars that’s even too gracious. They don’t want to keep customers. The lady on the phone told me when I asked about a competition price they just told me when my billing cycle ends. It’s the worst service ever. The prices are way too high and won’t even give existing customers anywhere comparable to new customer prices which is insane. I hope this place gets sued and goes out of business. Very disgusting.

Spectrum’s highly pretentious pricing, has become out of control - the most recent price increase was phenomenal- because I’m going to save so much money when I finally switch to FIOS shortly — which is the superior and much less costly service and it has taken me this long to realize, but the recent price increase (again) was an absolute epiphany, as it is finally time to make some changes and save some considerable money

Spectrum insisted on sending me a new modem, even though my current one worked fine. Little did I know I’d need to bring the old one into a store. Apparently, it’s not just a simple drop off and you have to make a reservation or wait in a queue as they help countless people, with much more complicated needs, with very little sense of urgency or consideration for the people waiting.

Horrible. If I could give a negative star I would. After waiting 40 minutes to turn in cable equipment and told I didn’t have to sign in to do so, one of the entitled and rude store employee said I’d have to sign in and likely wait another 40 min. Can’t wait for Verizon Fios to come to my area!!

Short staffed, was told there would be over a 2 hour wait just to manage to my internet service since the online service would not help.

Uriah had the patience of a saint as he explained the different options available to me. I always have a million questions and he responded in kindness every time! Spectrum gained a long term customer because of him :)

Unbelievable how slow the service is. Don’t make the mistake of just walking in and expecting a simple task (returning equipment) to take the time you would expect. Even with 4 people handling the line I’ve been here for almost an hour with no end in site. Extremely frustrating.
