“Love this place compared to the one on Central Ave in Albany. Way less crowded here and it’s a lot cleaner. Large selection of foods which is great. I usually come every other week and every time it’s good! My only complaint is some of the shopping carts won’t unlatch. Not a big deal but it’s annoying sometimes”

“2023 update: Cheaper of the chains around. Biggest complaint. Time to upgrade to allowing people to ring their own groceries up. Whether you put in unmanned booths or make an app to scan your own stuff and pay for it like BJs.While the cashiers that are there and come to work are always friendly and personable..They're not always there..time to come into 2023 ShopRite!”

“Visited there rarely,but i must say,their chicken samosa was way more delicious, unfortunately vegetable curry was unavailable, heard that curry is so delicious, similar to Bangladeshi cuisine. Good collections of various products, cookeries.Also bought their frozen fish vorta(Taaki), spicy and mouthwatering taste,but chicken kabab was not delicious as expected. But for other iems ( like Ice-cream,chocolate etc,easily available in Walmart or other stores,it'll be better to not buy from here,as these items are super expensive here).
But,their samosa,mixed vegetables in another level,must try item.
Overall,their staffs are very friendly.”

“I give this store 4 stars because Jason doesn't work here anymore. Jason the store manager is awful to work with. Demanded I cook more pizza then any other company employee, just to throw it away after it sat on the counter. I watched him yell at two 16 year olds working in the deli about having a fountain soda. And when I brought to his attention I wasn't happy he started a rumor and lied about me saying I threatened him.... real snake in the grass”

I was so impressed by the manager Brian this morning because I left my wallet home so I was flustered! And he came over and made it a point to tell me no worries sir I will personally pay for my 15 dollar order ! I told him I would return and pay him back. “Even though the prices of food has gone up quite a lot, sometimes you can still find decent deals on various grocery items. The homemade fresh pizza is way better than most take out pizza elsewhere, and the price doesn't break the bank. It was delicious. “The meat department is great, and the meat department manager is the absolute best! Overall the story is clean but quite small lacking variety. The staff is overall quite nice and they do the best given the smaller location. I do wish they would make the store slightly bigger and eliminate some of the parking space that doesn't seem to be used. It would make for more product availability and variety. The parking lot just doesn't seem to need to be so big. So, the milk expires days before the expiration date. Consistently. Otherwise a great store.”
“I have shopped at Price Chopper for almost 40 years. I pay close attention to sales to minimize my grocery expense.
One of my frustrations is the ecoupon program. My phone will not accept the app, so I am unable to use the program.
Many times there is either no machine or a non- working machine to print the coupons.
However, I was at the Niskayuna store and mentioned the problems I had, and the very helpful cashier told me that I just needed to mention the sale price and the cashier can make the adjustment.
She proceeded to do just that, which was very nice and made me happy that the process can work.
Thank you to that very resourceful and knowledgeable cashier!”

“This is the Market 32 store I most prefer to visit, and there's several reasons. This is one of the newest stores in the Capital Region that I know of, so the store is cleaner, brighter (but in an appealing, comfortable way), and more modern, even if the store overall has a very similar layout to others. One example of 'modern' is the self checkout kiosks that are not only faster than any other I've used at other Market 32 stores, but recognises veggies and fruits in the scale. For instance, when I place the tomatoes on the scale, the kiosk comes up with a list of choices to click from, such as vine-ripened tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, and plum tomatoes. I also find their regular weekly discounts for a whole variety of items appealing, although this is not unique to this particular store. The staff I've interacted with have so far been overall friendly and helpful. They have their own parking lot, so parking has not been an issue. They also tend to keep a good stock level. All in all, I hope they keep up the good work and stay open for a long time.”
