“Autozone almost always has the obscure parts in stock for my 19 year old truck. Not just in stock online, but in stock at the store and ready for pick up. This coupled with the fact that they’re open until 9:00pm often makes them my default choice for parts. I can’t count the number of times I was fixing something and then something else broke in the process and I had to run to Autozone to get it at 8:45pm so I could have my truck the next day.
They also have the loaner tool program that allows you to avoid the “I don’t wanta buy the right tool for just this one time” scenario. I’ve done enough repairs to know that the right tool will save you a lot of suffering, but I prolly still wouldn’t get it if I wasn’t able to loan it for free from Autozone.
Their website and app are great, too. Your entire purchase history is tracked through your online account, including both online and in store purchases, loaner tool purchases and returns, and warranty information. And every time you make five $20+ purchases you get a $20 reward, which you can use online or pull up as a scannable bar code to redeem in store.

“I brought my car in to fix a busted bumper, and even though it was the week of Christmas, they fit me in within two days of the accident. The quote they gave me was the cheapest of any shop nearby, as they try to shop widely for parts and find the best option for the customer. When all was said and done, they finished the car sooner than expected and it was about $500 cheaper than their quote (which was already pretty cheap). The paint job at the end looked good as new. I highly recommend them!”

“For 30 years, I trusted Corky‘s collision for all my car repairs. They have been wonderful. My brother-in-law an attorney in Syracuse got stuck in Messina with his Subaru window open. It was about 10° above zero when he went to Corky’s, Chris fixed it immediately They can’t it all the time but they’re really give you excellent service. I live 264 miles away now but when I visit Messina, I have Cory’s fix my car people. people in Messina have no idea how affordable they are compared to Westchester New York. I miss them.”
