I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have consistently received as a customer at your CUBESMART Location in the North Baylon location over the past few years.
Jeff, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently goes out of his way to ensure that every customer receives the assistance they need and is actively involved in managing the grounds.
I also want to commend the recent improvements to the facility. The repaved parking lot and the installation of new doors last year have significantly enhanced the experience. The doors open smoothly, and I've never had any issues with water or pests. As someone with a drive-up unit, I especially appreciate the well-lit parking lots and the security cameras on the buildings, which make me feel safe accessing my unit, even at night.
Although I haven't yet used the new automated entry system, it appears to be a valuable addition, and I appreciate Jeff's help in setting up my portal access.

Fred was incredibly helpful with getting us set up today. The whole process was fast, easy, and stress free. The unit is very clean and is what we were expecting, we highly recommend!

Horrible experience here, my cousins and I had a unit here for about 5yrs. They constantly raise the prices. Mice and bugs are a huge issue. No airflow in the entire building. We needed to always go there to air the unit out which was an inconvenience. Their operations hours are a joke. We moved out our entire unit and canceled our unit. In person and over the phone to make sure we wouldn't be charged. We have been out of the unit for over 2 weeks before the next billing cycle. They somehow didn't cancel our unit and are now trying to charge us because someone put their garbage in the empty space. They were beyond rude on the phone and then coped an attitude while calling us liars, with that hung up the phone like a child. Stay away from this establishment save yourself the headache.
Also! Our lock was smashed and cut into as if someone was trying to break into our unit.

Cube smart is easy and affordable. Fred is always helpful and professional. We moved in and out with no problems or issues. The only thing I can give 1 star is that there is no elevator which I did not see on their website (note to self, read the fine print) when I booked this storage facility otherwise it's awesome! Very affordable.
