Went to pick up my prescription and as I was waiting I noticed the pharmacist assistant pouring out pills and using her bare finger and touching them. I said excuse me that is a Department of Health violation you should have a glove on. She said what what I repeated it again she respond that her finger was barely touching them I said yea that's the key word barely means yes you admitted your finger was touching them . She told me to calm down. Calm down seriously. That's a health violation. As I was furious I told her I was filing a complaint which I did as I had to go on the DOH website and obtain the form to file. She smugly handed the cashier her name and employee number to give me so I had it to put on the complaint. It's like she wanted to be fired. I tweeted CVS pharmacy as well and their response was all CVS pharmacy staff follow NY State guidelines. Never asked which store or pharmacist or said they would look into this they just dismissed it. Waiting to see if DOH gives me an update. Very unsafe and disgusting how they handle your medication and mine.

This CVS has bathrooms that are not open to the public and normally this doesn't bother me but I've been to other CVSs that do let me use the bathroom and this is a complete hassle and that I was unable to use the bathroom here. The lines are also quite slow and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency and you'll find yourself waiting for forever just a ring out a small item because there's a customer arguing for a small coupon in front of you and employee working doesn't bother calling for any back upEven when they see there's a line they don't have the desire to speed up and they continue working at the same pace

I just got shooed away from the pharmacist since she didn't want to help the only other attendant with the line in front of her, no she would rather talk to her friends in the back than deal with the line....this pharmacist should be fired, been here multiple times and seen this again and again

I came here for my 2nd dose of pfizer and Deanna the pharmacist was the one to administer. I am so lucky to have had her there because she eased my worries. She's a very sweet young lady. The whole team of people are great at the pharmacy. It just sucks that the customers aren't always nice to them. All levels of the medical field are dealing with so much on a day to day basis and here we are (civilians) upset because we have to wait to get a jab. Upset because we have to wait in line for whatever we need.Shame on us for not thinking of those that have it worse.Thank you 1280 DPA and ESPECIALLY DEANNA CHAFFEY!

I was informed by someone in the optical department that the North Babylon location took walk ins for COVID vax When I asked if they could call to make sure I was looked at like I was crazy for asking for some customer service. So I went to North Babylon and they did not offer walk in. Thank God Rite Aid accommodated me and treated me and my situation amazingly. Idk wtf was going on with CVS today but the staff unwelcoming Can't make a call when they're just sitting there. North Babylon was no better

Every visit: do I want to have automatic refills? Yes, I say. Next visit, same question, every time. A prescription that was removed as it is no longer needed DOES get refilled automatically, however! I really miss the personal knowledge and attention I used to get from Pathmark. At CVS the customer is just another body. The only reasons I go here are because my prescriptions were sent here when Pathmark closed and CVS is now the closest to my home. Not a satisfying experience.

God I hate this pharmacy! This is the worst place. Clear your schedule if you actually have to pick up a prescription because you will be there for the better part of the day. 10 people behind the counter but only one actually helps customers. I've moved all my prescriptions to mail order because I just can't spend anymore time waiting to pick up a prescription. A human life only lasts so long
