The pharmacy crew is outstanding they go above and beyond the call of duty the other workers so nice I had to switch to another pharmacy they are nothing like my CVS keep up the good work, y'all are outstanding thank you for the good attitudes and beautiful spirit.you guys turn caos into beautiful experiences THANK YOU!

When you go to CVS in north babylon on deerpark avenue the people have no idea where anything is plus there is only one person in store and the pharmacist has no idea about the store

The workers were horrible Except the one man at the register. He asked for help. They took a good time. We couldn’t find me in the system brought me to another person. Ask for my birthday and just kept folding paper when I walked away. Then he wanted to ask my last name.

The pharmacy staff at this location are highly unprofessional, and even inappropriate. I am a chronic pain patient who has been suffering for 15+ years. I am severely disabled and it is important I take my medications, which were prescribed to me by both my neuroligist and pain management doctors on time and as instructed. Until they can verify one last posible diagnosis the surgeons I have consulted are weary of performing any surgery on my spinal cord. My quality of life is poor and at the moment what little relief I get is by taking my medication as instructed. In theory this should be easy, but with this pharmacy it is a anxiety inducing nightmare. One would think the most stressful part of my overall treatment would be the plethora of tests I often need to get, but instead it is the monthly nightmare of simply trying to get my medication on time. The staff is either aloof or rude, and even one of the pharmacists became irate, and yelled at me for having the audacity to ask questions, all the while assuming the worse of me. The staff at this pharmacy have made me feel dehumanized, and afraid. Suffice it to say I have since decided to change pharmacy's. My life is hard enough as it is, I don't want to be treated as a nuisance for simply trying to determine whether or not I will recieve my medication on time. This is not how you treat patients with crippling disabilities. This staff has zero bedside manner, or consideration, and should not be working in the medical field if they are so aloof, judgmental, and impatient.

Prices have gone very high. Walmart is less expensive so I'll be buying at Walmart and if not available I will go to Amazon or other online vendors, Bye Bye CVS!

Never ever purchase gift cards from this cvs. I purchased an Amazon gift card, everything seemed ok but when it was opened the claim code was ripped off. I contacted Amazon and they said the gift card was claimed. If you purchased anything at this cvs since early December I would check your bank accounts associated with the credit card you used.

This is Deer Park Animal Hospital and we find it extremely unprofessional to be spoken to from the PHARMACIST MANAGER in a condescending way. "If we don't hurry up, I'm going to lose the other people on hold" As if our office, trying to call in our patients prescription & being on hold for 10 minutes didn't matter. So unacceptable coming from a manager.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE CVS. There are so many things wrong with the North Babylon CVS. I too had to write a letter to headquarters because I saw the pharmacist using her bare/non-gloved hands to separate & then pour the medicine into its cylinder container. Afterwards she ran her fingers through her hair & NEVER wiped or washed her hands. This was approx 3 years ago. I have yet to this day received any feedback from my letter. This pharmacy has gone down in the dumps in the past few years.
