I went in to have my computer updated to Windows 11 from Windows 10, and couldn't be happier! Ben is very personable and is very patient with his customers. My computer was also acting sluggish, so he took a look at it, and was able to make it run faster. Ben wanted me to try my computer before I took it home to see if I had any questions, and I couldn't be happier! It is a pleasure to know that there is someone local who I can bring any inquiries I have about my computer/printer and know that I will get an honest answer to any question. Ben is totally for his customers and not looking to make anymore money for himself by trying to sell different products. He is a treasure!

My whole family goes to Ben, he is the man! I won't go anywhere else, he's done work on my phones (glass, lenses, battery, etc) and my laptop (hardware and software). Very trustworthy with my personal information.

When my phone screen cracked I went to one of those kiosks in the mall. Had to pay up front in cash, and no refunds. Next time I searched online and found digitcom. Since then I have brought in several phones, and this guy is amazing. Trouble shoots, and gives me price options depending on what I want done. Re glued my old screen rather than replacing it. Saved lots of $$, phone is ready when promised, digitcom is the only place to have your phone repaired. Highly recommended.

Ben provided excellent and timely service. I dropped my phone and water got into the cracks, he was able to fix my Galaxy phone, replace the screen and recover all my photos, contacts, and apps in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier.
