Let me start by saying Jud is the most professional, courteous, and helpful customer service representative I have dealt with in my life. He really cares about the customer and it shows. Jud is the consummate professional of what you would hope for from a customer service rep. The facility is always very clean, and well-maintained. My experience so far has been a great one! Thank you, Jud!!!

Had a storage unit for some time now. Staff always friendly and professional. Units are clean and no other smells. Temps are good. No leaks. Very secure area.

Judson, the manager, is very thorough going over everything with me. The facility is clean, bright and I feel pretty good about being there when no one else is around. It is a good location as a gym and market are next door so people are constantly around. I would recommend this facility.

I was so scared of getting my first storage unit but the service on the phone was amazing, I spoke with Darren, when I was trying to figure out which storage unit would fit all my stuff and he was very helpful on what storage unit would work best for me! When I got there Judd the manager there was so helpful and showed me where my storage unit would be located and told me I can always go to him if there’s a problem or if I would like to change my unit! He’s was so nice to me and my boyfriend when I moved all my stuff in! If you’re looking for a clean and nice storage unit, I highly recommend this place! Thanks again Judd, you’re the best!

I leased a storage unit at Life Storage -(now Extra Space) - in North Babylon on Deer Park Ave for the past year. I was always impressed with how clean and safe the facility felt, no matter what time or day I went there.
I needed to change units now to save money & actually looked into another location closer to my apartment. However, I came back to the Deer Park facility even though it is a little farther from home because the contrast felt so strong in terms of cleanliness and a feeling of comfortability. I also cannot say enough about the manager, Jud, who worked with me to find another suitable affordable unit. I likely drove him crazy with multiple calls about various options, but he was always helful and patient! He sets a high standard in terms of customer service & quality for this facility. If managers are reading this - give the man a raise! He represents your company well. (And no - no bribes were received for this comment. LOLOL. I am just someone who always feels good employees should be recognized. Good customer service doesn't always take place these days.)
