Jiffy lube screwed up my oil change by not fastening the skid plate correctly. Took it to Firestone and they fixed the problem no charge. I'll be taking my truck here for oil changes.

I wish I could give them no stars because they are scammers. They failed my inspection for a broken third break light and told me I had to pay 300 to get it fixed. When the part was only 33 dollars on amazon. Then when my dad looked at it, he was able to fix it by fixing the wires that looked like it was ripped out. I truly believe they ripped it out to then try to con me out of 300 dollars . I do not recommend anyone come here.

I took my 2008 Lexus IS250 for sn oil change they charge $160.00 for it a week later I had an alarm low oil on my car I checked and they didn't put enough oil on it, I asked why they were charging me that much and they said because my car take a lot of oil, this was done back in October 2024.. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place.

Took my car there for a flat repair ,they did a good job repairing the tire but claimed I needed new brakes ,I just had the car inspected so I smelled something fishy , told them I would have it looked at by Hyundai service , in the meantime I looked up the reviews and were mostly 1 star, at this point I just wanted to get out of there ,when I did bring my car to Hyundai a couple months later I was told by Hyundai that the brakes were very good

My brakes were squeaking so I brought my Honda Accord there even though Pep boys did my brakes a year ago. The owner Bruce told me I needed new pads and rotors for $1120. I told him it was too expensive so he charge me $45 for looking at them. I brought my car to Babylon Honda (my brother works there but I don't like to bother him) and they said my brakes are fine. They squeak because Pep Boys gave me crappie rotors. So they tried to sell me brakes and rotors I didn't need.

Failed my inspection. Said I needed brake pads only. $1000 to replace. Went down the block and passed inspection immediately with no repairs. Called a friend who owns a shop. He can replace all 4 pads and rotors for $680 when itās actually needed. My friend also mentioned that most places do a visual inspection of brakes and let you know before hooking up the car if the repair is neededā¦once its hooked they have to chargeā¦

Absolutely incompetent staff and Disgusted with the quality of work done on my car. I trusted them with my car despite the poor reviews but they proved me wrong. I paid about 1600 to fix loud noise comes when pressing the break peddle. A few days later the problem return.
I wish there is away to give them back the parts they clamed to install and get back my money.

My wife got a flat tire and came here to get it replaced. She also wanted an oil change. The only replacement tire they could get was $250. With the oil change it came to $450 total. They did not provide an itemized receipt.

Stay away at all costs, tried to charge me almost $300 for 2 garbage Walmart tires. You could go anywhere else and get a better price, and they clearly have no concern for the customers well being. Those tires are $40 each at Walmart
