ATM never works for cash deposits. Deposits in dropbox are chrged for counting. Its unfair to customers who want to deposit via ATM & Cannot do tht.

As always td bank is the slowest bank in town 4 people in the counter and wait is over 15 min per customer, they don't have any change and if not because I'm required to be here because my job I would never drive even close to one td location

Service is horrible, banking is outdated and not in good hands! The best advice I have for anyone that wants to bank DO NOT BANK WITH TD!!! Burn your money before giving TD a penny, in this case at least you will be in control of your money not these fools.

TD bank ATMs are from 1980s, most of them dont work, including the one at this bank. And when you complain about it, extremely rude personal Sheila tells you its not her job to fix ATMs.And ATMs are not controlled by TD bank, she told me to call the company that manages their ATMs

This branch had me wait in line for 25 minutes for me to get to the teller and then tell me that my transaction would take too long and I’d have to wait in line againI do this same transaction every week and I told them it’s faster then the two transactions that happened before meIf you have the option (I don’t) bank anywhere else. I hate TD Bank

I've been with TD Bank now for 2 years and I have got nothing nothing but great service from them even when a couple of problems of Rose they were right on it I got my debit card working
