I went in for passport pictures and they wanted to charge me $40. I called other UPS stores nearby and they quoted me $17. They clearly just wanted me out of the store. Very unpleasant abrupt people.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the UPS Store in Deer Park! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warmth and friendliness that makes you feel right at home. Lisa, the supervisor, leads an amazing team that includes Marco, JoeElvis, and Vinny, all of whom are truly fantastic. Their exceptional customer service goes above and beyond, making every visit a delightful experience.
Walking into this store is reminiscent of Norm walking into Cheers—everyone knows your name, and they greet you like an old friend. I was so impressed by their welcoming atmosphere that I even bought them Christmas gifts to show my appreciation!

The lady behind the counter needs some customer service training. She is rude. Tried to charged me 10 bucks more for boxing my return which was alreay packaged and labeled. Not going back there again.

These bad reviews are all from people who cause the problems first. Every time i come into the store i’m greeted by the staff and they always provide the best customer service. All people do is lie on their name and they’re never closed early like some of these people make it seem. I will always bring my business to them and don’t listen to any of these liars on these reviews.

Was at the door at 6:27 and they wouldn't let me in to mail a package. All the kids were still in the store and said they were closed. What a joke! Sign clearly said 6:30 closing.

Worse place ever, i when to return a package from Amazon and the guy told me I have to pay 10$ for a box when it's already in the box because I sending back in the same box I just put the print code, omg I still feel angry 😡from that day, the way how treating people in this place wow they need to be close

Had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store! Lisa greeted me and answered all my questions. Jose and Vinny carefully packed my items, ensuring everything was secure. Marco was super efficient with the paperwork, and Daemon offered great tips for future shipments. The whole team is friendly and professional—highly recommend!
