Horrible location. They charge you $5 just to print a label. Mind you this isn't the shipping cost, it's the price of printing one piece of paper. They told me I can go to the library to print the paper and then come back if I wanted to avoid the theft of $5. When I said that was absurd, they started preaching about the storied history of UPS. Horrible people. There is a reason they got horrible reviews. Don't go there. The one guy might eat you, he looks hungry all the time.

I never have a problem when I come here. It’s always a quick in and out. Thankful for that considering the other two locations near me, Babylon & lindenhurst, are TERRIBLE.

I had a very important document to notarize and I ran to the store. I got there 10 minutes before closing. As I entered the store I saw the notary running to the back to hide from me. I was told that she had left early. I’m not taking any of my business to this place anymore.

Always great service at this location, the manager Lisa is the best. The tall asian kid is a little weird though but seems friendly enough

My experience here has normally been ok but today I'm not very happy. Showed up just before 3pm when they close on Sundays and door was already locked and lights out.Make sure you arrive well before they close!

Terrible experience, I went to pick up a package and the lady working there was giving me terrible attitude; right after being nice and laughing with the person before me. One thing I would mention is that the person before me was white, and right as I came up being a colored person with a darker complexion her mood entirely changed. She kept giving me a hard time to get my order, and when I was answering her questions based on the information I had she kept being bothered with her facial expressions. Terrible customer service, the UPS website aswell has terrible communication with its customers. The package was meant to be delivered to my home but then it was shipped and asked for me to pick it up? meanwhile I paid for shipping to come straight to my home aswell.

DO NOT GO HERE. I tried to return a package from Amazon that was packaged even though I didn’t have to. They charged me $25 to keep it because it was a big package. No where on Amazon does it say we need to pay for that and if that was the case I would have paid the $10 to Amazon to have UPS come to my house and pick it up. If you don’t want to participate with Amazon returns then don’t! I know you’re making money from them but then to charge extra you are double dipping. Save yourself the headache go to a different UPS store because they are robbing people with fees.

The staff who work at this store are absolutely lovely, especially the notary public! Example- my 82 year old Dad and his girlfriend went there to get something notarized. It was very busy that day, and the clerk brought two chairs out of the back for them! Also, I find that this shop is run very efficiently, and customers are helped as soon as possible. I go out of my way to always use this store.

Just read the other reviews. They're true. Rude, and not like other UPS stores. QR(Amazon) code says no packaging needed, but mentioned I needed a package. Walked into the store and it's like I interrupted them. That's about the only thing I didn't see from the other reviews that you can tack on from mine. Just go to another place and avoid it. Which is probably what they want anyways.

These people are totally useless, unhelpful, and very unfriendly. The customer service in both the store, and UPS, as a whole is atrocious. It's like talking to robots they just keep repeating themselves.

These are rude nasty people that constantly try to "pad" the sale.. since they don't make much when you drop off a pre-labeled package, they will claim "it will get stuck in the conveyer belt" and you will need to repackage it..This is followed with a quote to repackage $15.00.I didn't want to argue with them so I asked to buy a box&tape $9.00 just large enough to fit my already boxed item. I then walked over to the supplied customer counter to drop my box inside of their box and tape up. The now miserable old gal claims I can't do that because of "insurance Laws" I chuckle walk outside box it up and bring back inside where one of the polite workers weigh and give me my receipt.I feel sorry for the workers of this place having to deal with such a cheap, miserable owner manager...I will be contacting UPS to set up a pickup on call just so I will not need to deal with these people again..
