This location is not professional at all . They really don't care about good customer service. I went to the manager and told her that I didn't receive a check that I get monthly. The regular mail guy is either retired or on vacation and they have different mail carriers. I went to the manager told her I didn't receive my mail she said she would drive out to the mail guy to find out what happened. Right like she would do that for me. She took my number down and said that she would call me never did. Didn't follow up nothing and promised she would call. Very unprofessional. I told my husband this is the second time this is happening to us and she would do nothing. So said so done she should not be working there because she's not an effective manager. I will be taking this further, I have bills to pay and theses fools don't care where the hell my check is. I'm sure if the shoes were on the other foot they would carry this further. Based on the reviews I also saw another customer with the same issue. And this was on a PO. Box can you imagine putting someone else's mail in a PO. Box smh. They need to change that manager and get someone who can produce results when customers have mail issues.

They like to give out other people's mail to the wrong p.o boxes. They put someone's check in my p.o box. How did I kno? I accidentally opened it thinking it was mine because it's from my p.o box so only my mail should be in it. Plus it was night time. THAT IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE OF THEM. That person should be fired. Don't do business with them. They can keep doing this.

24/7 lobby is ALWAYS LOCKED no explanation how to access... once again heading to Deer Park, and we wonder why USPS us imploding --- cant spend my money here if I CANT GET IN

The most horrible experience today. Disrespectful staff who could care less about customers. I wish I had an alternative but the US post office have a monopoly.

I was given a digital prepaid label by Levi’s to return jeans here. I was instructed USPS would provide the packing and label. The post office would not provide said packaging. I was told I must package it myself.

Great people at this location! Very quick, professional, accurate & friendly. I've been coming to this location for 20+ years and have never had an issue.

They look at people like they are fools. Meanwhile, they just don't want to help you. If they wanted help with their mail, they would likely expect much better service than they provide themselves. Only 2 people seen to show any professionalism in that place. But it's the USPS. Another DMV basically.

I have very bad experienceLady was very rude ,did not want answer question started shouting at me I had ti mail international but left from there because of rudeness of employee in this office . It was very sad.

Worst Postal Service office I’ve been to. Horrible customer service. I rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different one.

The North Babylon Post Office is the best. They are very helpful at all times. My letter carrier is the best. A complaint was mistakenly made. I had no idea that's what it was. There are NO complaints about this office or my letter carrier. So sorry.
