After going to two OTHER drug stores on DPA to try to get a walk in COVID vax for my son Rite Aid came thru! The Pharmacist was so amazing and professional She understood my situation and accommodated my son. We wanted the J & J but they didn't have it which was fine That's beyond their control So we got a different one and I was grateful to get it for my son. Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacist on 10/16/21 in the afternoon YOU MY LADY ROCK!!!!!

My wife scheduled an appointment online to get the j&j c19 vaccine here. She got an email and text confirmation. We got here on time and went to the pharmacy register. The worker at the register took my wife's license, went somewhere, came back and said that they ran out of J&J vaccine. She said some one was suppsed to have had called my wife but no one did. She said that my wife's only options are to get pfizer or keep checking back with them until they get j&j. I asked the woman if she can look up if other rite aids have J&J vaccines available as my wife's school and work are mandating it and she must be vaccinated by the end of the month. The worker gave us attitude saying "I just told you that her 2 options are....". My wife and I walked away before she finished the sentence. Rude and unprofessional. If you (or your coworkers) messed up, at least be polite. Things happen and customers would undertand and not write a 1 star review. The poor ratings of this store and its worker say it all. By the way, when we got in the car, I went on the rite aid website and it still said that this store still had j&j vaccines available .

They had what I wanted. Everyone was carefully complying with covid-19 safety standards. Service was fast and reasonably friendly.

I just relocated to Long Island from out of state. My thirteen year old cat is having health issues and since we aren't yet established with a new vet, his long time vet is temporarily caring for him. On April 24, his office called in two medications for him. The first vet tech took the info and never filled the prescription. After days of attempting to pick up the meds I again phoned my vet. On May 3 a second person took the order. She had the audacity to ask why the vet's office was she was calling in out of state meds--- (as if people and animals only get sick if they remain in their state of residence. ) She was extremely rude and she didn't bother to fill the prescription either . Yesterday morning I called and she told me it would be ready momentarily. It wasn't ready until 3:35 in the afternoon. When my son arrived to pick up the meds , one wasn't ready and he still had to wait. I have the names if these individuals and the calls are documented with my vet. Both of these women are incompetent. The second individual is also disrespectful and callous. My cat's health is important and under no circumstances should anyone, (human or animal, ) have to wait 11 days for needed medication . By the way, the RXs were for amoxicillin and prednisone. How hard is that to fill? If I could I would give this store a 0. I called customer service. I'm supposed to be hearing from them within a couple of days. We will see.

Repeated difficulties month after month filling an Aimovig prescription with a manufacturer’s coupon. Instead of finding out how to process the coupon, they kept sending me away and telling me the coupon couldn’t be applied. One month customer service for the coupon called for me and told them how to process it. The very next month, they again told me the coupon couldn’t be applied. I spent 30 minutes in the store asking Yunah the pharmacist to please just call the number on

One month customer service for the coupon called for me and told them how to process it. The very next month, they again told me the coupon couldn't be applied. I spent 30 minutes in the store asking Yunah the pharmacist to please just call the number on the coupon to find out how to process it. I was treated so rudely by Yunah and Thea the cashier, I never picked up the prescription. Instead I had it transferred to a local, independent pharmacy. I couldn't be happier. They fill the prescription each month without a problem. They get paid approximately $500 each month and I receive my medication. Not only do I not use the pharmacy, I won't purchase anything in the store anymore either.

My one star is for Gregory who was a wonderful polite and pleasant man. The manger Keith was a rude unprofessional j*** who should have no authority over anyone or any workplace. All I requested was cash back on my debit card purchase and Gregory did not have enough to cover the transaction in his drawer. Keith came up to address the error message and instead of addressing it god forbid taking care of the small issue was rude to Gregory (his employee) me (the customer) and walked away without a word or resolution. I approached him afterward and if it was possible to be more rude he was. No eye contact. Dismissive. Horrible manager. Horrible customer service. Shame on you Keith.

There's never any staff in here. Only one thin older white lady with glasses during the day she's always very helpful the one star is for her. The pharmacy can have 3-4 staff and you'll still end up waiting 10-20 mins online. I wish my ins would cover elsewhere I hate coming here. I recommend going the extra mile to Walgreens they always have ppl available.
