“Tom is very personable and has a great personality he listened to the details and took care of my Tesla Model 3. New upper control arms in the front took care of some noises, and put a new half shaft in the rear for some clicking noises. Mounted and balanced 4 new snow tires. The Model 3 is running smooth and quiet. Prices are reasonable and they are very quick with great quality. It takes quite a bit to impress me but Tom truly does know his cars! “My car was leaking brake fluid. I brought it to John for repairs. He replaced the brake lines for me. They were in bad condition and unsafe. He also performed a full brake job to ensure our safety. He also cleaned up the headlights and fixed some rust on the body. He did a fantastic job and the car runs like new. I would highly recommend John for any body work or repairs. “If you have a custom ride that needs work this is the place to go. They fixed up my front fender after a wreck this spring, and more recently helped upgrade some drive train and suspension components. Several other shops wouldn't even look at the vehicle because its heavily modified, but these guys were excited to work on it. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to listen to your input and work out the best solution for you. Scheduling is smooth and the work got done fast. Fair pricing too. My van is rock solid now and ready for more action! Can't recommend them enough.”

“I just want to thank Mike in the service dept and tech Adam I was recently in the syracuse area for the big car show and my f-350 quit due too high pressure oil issues I was stranded with a non running truck show car & trailer a real bad situation --not one dealer in the area could help me out or take me in Mike in service said get the truck to us & we will get you in so I did 3 days later they had the truck repaired and up and running again & for a fair price thanks to Adam the tech for a great job & Mike for getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time -- 100% recommend this dealer great service and honest Hard to find anymore thanks again”

“I'll start by saying this place has the best customer service I've ever received from any company before!Rick went out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. Engine arrived with damage, from shipping company being rough with it. It was not Rick's fault at all, but he took full responsibility. Paid to have the damage fixed (which wasn't cheap) just to keep me happy! Didn't make me wait for a claim from the shipping company or anything, just took matters in to his own hands.On the phone and email, he takes interest in to your project and doesn't make you feel like he just wants your money. He doesn't make you feel rushed to make a decision and get off the phone.I called a few places while looking for my engine, and Rick gave me the best price and made me feel good about my purchase with him! I will Def look here before any where else in the future!”
