I’ve been going here for years for wash & fold and cannot recommend it enough! Rosa is the biggest sweetheart and always has a smile on her face & goes above & beyond for her patrons. I have very specific requests for my laundry & she makes sure to follow them to a T.
The other employees are also very helpful & kind. In 2022 I left $70 in a pocket and couldn’t pick up for a few days due to covid. They made sure to put my money to the side and handed it to my sister when she picked up our laundry. This team is incredibly trustworthy.
I will continue to come here for my wash & fold needs. If the owner/ manager is reading this, please know your employees are killing it and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Would not recommend the drop off service as they ruined one of my t shirts and sent back my comforter still wet. The washers and dryers are always being used if you want to do it yourself. If anybody has a better recommendation for a laundromat in the area please let me know will not be coming back here

First time coming here and there was an African American lady with braids in a bun, we asked her how does the laundry place work here and she said we needed to buy a card. She was very short and lazy with her answers. A friend mentioned to us if we go there our first time they would give us a free card at first and then we could add money onto the card. We mentioned this to her and she went back for 2 seconds to the back and quickly said no more cards you’re gonna have to purchase. She was also on the phone not giving us full answers. What a shame, seemed like a nice place but customer service is definitely lacking. Laundry Matt definitely needs to invest into better quality of service.

It is very close to my home thats why i use to prefer going there and also the lady who used to work here before was really nice and professional but now from last two times the ladies i am seeing there are highly unprofessional, the laundary closes at 11pm and i went there at 8pm and i found that the door was already locked from inside and when i knocked the door, she said we are closed i said its just 8 pm and closing is at 11, she was like ok next time come early…i was like wth, how early do u want me come, and before that there was another lady she also did the same drama, she starting murmering something when she looked that we came around 8, i mean this is ridiculous . Never going back there

Was in the area, and needed to do laundry. I stopped by this small laundry Matt and struggled to get a washer machine because the workers were using most of them. Then when I found one, that was empty and I proceeded to put in my clothes. The lady who worked there looked at me seriously I thought maybe because she doesn’t know me or I’m not a regular. After my clothes were ready for drying, I was looking for a dryer and ALL of them were occupied and inclusively 2 of them had only one piece of clothes, one had a jacke, another a towel so I stared at the ( sorry don’t mean to sound ignorant) but the middle eastern or Hindu lady and she acknowledge I needed to dry my clothes and continues to do her work ignoring me so I removed the jacket out in my clothes( it was dry already) I placed it nicely on the cart. After 5 minutes she yells out loud who took out the clothes. Clearly when she saw me remove the clothes, she didn’t say a word. A Caucasian women came in and was waiting for dryer and she immediately gave up one of her. Clearly this was a case of favoritism and hatred toward me, a Hispanic young lady. Anyways remember to always stand up for yourself and when something is wrong SPEAK UP

Even though you state what time you want the clothes to be picked up and dropped off, they come whenever. They used to send a text when they were on their way but they don’t do that anymore or if they do they send it after they’ve already picked up the clothing. Last time they dropped the clothes off at the wrong house. And not next door either but all the way down the block about 10 houses away. I got the run around when I told them my clothes were never dropped and she said oh yes they were. She finally sent a picture of the house it was dropped at and when I said that’s nice but it’s not my house so where are my clothes? My husband had to go driving all over the neighborhood looking for them despite the woman saying her driver found the clothes and was on his way to drop them off. However, my husband had already found the clothes and picked them up. I used to love this place but about 6 months ago they either changed owners or got new employees who don’t really care. Lesson learned for me and currently finding a new place.

i needed my laundry for my office to get picked up bc i can no longer pick up the bags due to my pregnancy so i thought this place would be great but i was wrong!! they pick up when they want to pick up. im on a weekly schedule and they charge me what they want to charge me i didnt ask for softener, i thought iwas getting charged the $1.50 for reoccurring price but i was not. They tie the bags so tight its hard to get them open and they put tape all over the bags and still cant get the tape off.. the only good thing was the pick up and delivery person who was very nice

They have done pick and delivery and so far…it’s a 10/10 place. 100% recommend it. Their website and app it’s sooooo convenient to use. I really love that I can either have a steady weekly pick up or I can just schedule it when it’s convenient for me. It has exceeded my expectations. Thank you

I recommend this laundry mate.. the staff are all friendly and helpful. The manger Rosa is very nice . The place is always clean and my cloths gets wash properly and on time.
