OP is an uppity, real hoity toity kinda crowd so they are used to dealing with Karen’s. I’m not a Karen but I’d rather deal with nice people than the people at the Tonawanda branch who seem to have a problem for every solution.”

I like the personal service.”

“I’ve never had problems barking here but I hear mixed reviews. They have a atm in the back and a drive through one as well. I usaly only go here if I need a money order or a certified check. Big parking lot and they keep the place clean witch is always nice.”
“I had a really complex banking issue. I came in bristling with frustration. The manager Jo immediately started going over my problem with me. She gave me a huge sense of reassurance and totally made me comfortable that we would eventually get it all sorted out. While I was there I watched as person-after-person come in with really stressful banking problems from ID failures, to huge fraud losses, to auto-payment errors. Everyone was either crying or screaming. I could never, ever do what these employees do and what they deal with. Surrounded by this much stress, and getting yelled at, they all act like saints!Stephanie was great in helping out where needed and Shane took care of solving my problem super professionally and with such friendliness I actually enjoyed my visit. I seriously had a fun lunch there.As I left I told them "thanks - you're kind of a miracle worker" and I meant it.I would trust them with all my banking needs and be happy to go back there any time.”
