“Amazing customer service. Steve called me because it was pouring rain and I wasn’t home for a delivery. He said he checked and the neighbors weren’t there either. He was worried the balloon/arrangement would be ruined if he left it out in the rain. I told him to leave it and I’d call someone to pick it up and he asked if they were nearby. Long story short, he drove to my parent’s house to drop off the flowers so they wouldn’t be ruined. Thanks for going above and beyond, Steve. You don’t see customer service like that these days.”
