“I needed to get my passport. When I went in the clerk that could do them was going to lunch. She gave me the paper to fill out and come back in an hour. I did, and she made the entire process streamlined and exceptionally easy.”

“This office does the best they can with the parameters they are given.Don't blame the location & workers for the office hours, they don't set them. The staff is very friendly and helpful here. I have never known a better postmaster.”

“I just wanted to give credit where it is due to Joey. Every time I have been to this location, he has been the one to help me. He is kind, knowledgeable and quick with my transactions. However, today was different… He was interested in something I was returning and from there just stemmed a genuinely kindhearted conversation with laughter. It definitely brighteneded my morning.

Thank you Joey, keep being you! :)”

“I love the Post Office on Erie Station Rd. I have a P.O. Box so I stop in a few times each week. The young lady that runs the office has always been friendly and very helpful whenever I needed help with something. I like that it’s small and I rarely have to wait in line.”

“In my opinion the Spencerport Post Office is top notch. When I go to the office I am always treated with courtesy. My rural carrier goes out of her way to do a great job. When I had a broken ankle she even offered to bring my mail to the door. That's SERVICE!!!
Thank you USPS Spencerport.”

“This is the best post office in the nation.* It's clean, it's bright, and there's never a line. It's run by a gem of a lady named Linda, who not only shares that name with my mother-in-law, but she is also so friendly, so helpful, and just so, so nice. This is the post office my wife grew up with, and she didn't understand why everyone hates the post office until she moved to Brooklyn. Having been to this post office recently, now I get where she was coming from. I'd rather fly up to Rochester to take care of mail-related issues here than deal with it all at home. ____________ *I suppose I haven't actually been to every post office in the nation, but I feel confident saying that it doesn't get any better than this.”

“I entered into the Lexington Ave post office and when I went to the customer service window, I received the warmest greeting from the clerk on duty. Ms. Tracy D. She's the most professional clerk I've had the pleasure of encountering at this particular post office in a very long time. I truly hope that more clerks would be as friendly and professional as Ms. Tracy D.Thank you so much for your service Ms. Tracy D.Aaron D.”
