Very very rude, employees stealing packages. Their service is terrible and liars.

I'm surprised to see such mixed reviews. They have always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have gone there.

What a joke I get a quote from the branch manager of $11.85. Tape the box up and add a shipping label. Come back and now my bill is $21.45 with a different cashier. I ask to see the manger who I dealt with and she ADMITS she quoted me $11.85 and made the mistake, but will not honor the price. This item was already sold and paid for. So my options were to go through the refund process and potentially lose a sale and a bad review, or take the hit myself. To keep my customer service high I took the hit, unlike the Post Office who could care less.

If you have to make a trip to the post office come here...they are fast and friendly...you barely ever have to wait in line.

I needed to get my passport. When I went in the clerk that could do them was going to lunch. She gave me the paper to fill out and come back in an hour. I did, and she made the entire process streamlined and exceptionally easy.

Completely skipped my street. I was waiting for an important package that had to be here and they completely skipped my street. Thanks.

Generally friendly employees, always trying to get you to spend more, but I advise you NEVER to use the automated kiosk to send out packages. An automated kiosk can't tell you that if you don't spend an extra dollar for "priority mail" USPS might lose your package in the mail, and never be able to find it, and oh all of this could have been avoided if I spent an extra dollar. A mailing service should provide peace of mind about your packages no matter how much or little you spend. They are just trying to make money off our uncertainty. Now I'm out 30$ and they email me every few months like "sorry we still haven't found your package". Use UPS, one letter makes a big difference.

Ignorant employees. Called on the phone and they were unable to schedule a passport appointment 2 weeks in advance because it was "too far away". You'd think the Post Office would have a piece of paper and pen. Or a calender.
