My prescription was ready and they took their time with the car in front of me but when it was my turn they told me I needed to talk to someone there. Next they told me to pull around after they had told me “we figured it out”. I had to pull around because there were two cars behind me. So I had to wait 10 minutes for the car in front of me but they couldn’t spare 5 on me. So I had to take time out of my day and plans to then pull back around and wait for now 3 cars in front of me.
When I pulled around for the second time, the prescription was handed right to me.

The pharmacist Mike was horrible. Refused to do his job because they were closing in 20 mins stating the prescription dose did not exist. The Walgreens 10 miles away was able to fill it in 15 minutes. Poor excuse not to help.

Worst customer service ever.
I had a prescription that was ready on Thursday. By Saturday (2 days later) ibuad received 3 phone calls and a text message telling me to come get it. In the phone messages they give you the hours.
I showed up 30 minutes before closing and went to drive through. The women in front of me took 20 minutes to be helped so when I got to the window it was about 10 minutes before closing.
The pharmacist, Jason, puts up a sign that they are closed and refused to help me. I was trying to ask why they weren't helping when they were still open for 10 minutes, and like a 2nd grade school girlz he typed on the computer at the window and pretended to not hear or see me.
The worst service I uave ever seen and based on reviews here a common place. If they want to close whenever it's convenient they should say that, otherwise if they are posting hours, they should be helping people during those hours.
So 24 hours late - prescription was moved to wegmans and I have it. WILL NEVER BE BACK! And as a benefits manager responsible for contracting with my employer's pharmacy benefits manager, we will never be doing business with Walgreens if this is how they treat their customers. It is unbelievable and Jason needs to be fired.
3 weeks later ... no one followed up on my complaint I made to their corporate office. So clearly they don't actually care about the experience. If they did, someone would have called me to follow up and apologize. Guess moving all of my prescriptions out of there was the best decision.

Worse customer service of any Walgreens! I order calendars to be picked up and my estimates time was 4:20pm. At 7:30, I called the store to see if they were ready because the app was still showing they were being created and not ready for pick up. They were done and NO one updated that the job was complete and they couldn't tell me why I wasn't notified that they were ready. Then, I was told that the store was closing early so if I was going to pick them up I would need to be there within the next 10 minutes. I got there within 10 minutes only to be denied access to the store. The doors were already locked and had to be unlocked to let customers out! When I asked the lady, that I just spoke to, she refused to let me get by calendars prior to their 7:45 closing time! If you are locking the doors prior to closing time then I should have been told that as I spoke to her at 7:30! I wish I wasn't given false information and I didn't waste my time and gas when she locked the doors prior to the time!

Wanted to buy a Vicks rapid read thermometer for the 20 dollar price I saw online. In store the price is 25 dollars. I asked if they would match price, I was forced to download the app and purchase through the app. Then a manager had to come over to check me out because they need to get the item purchased through the app… terrible experience took over 30 min to check out just to get the online price. And what if I didn’t see the online price? I have to pay more in store for an item in store just because I didn’t know it’s cheaper through the app? Doesn’t make any sense to me, more like theft
Edit: the shift lead at this location was helpful and pleasant, and agreed with me the situation was a terrible customer experience.
What are you doing Walgreens? Stealing money from those too impatient to download the app and wait 30 plus minutes, or someone without a smart device so they can’t get the online deal. Despicable business practice

This pharmacy is incompetent and lies so that they do not have to do additional work. They would not dispense my medication to me for 3 days because they did not know how to use the regulatory system that grants access to the medication. I called the pharmacy multiple times to straighten it out and they were rude and unwilling to help figure out the situation and continued to repeat the same false information to me. I went to the pharmacy finally to pick up my medication which should have been ready 3 days ago had they used the system properly and they stated they needed to get it ready still and that I could return after their lunch break which had not yet started. After politely stating that this was my second time today at the pharmacy and that I have been trying to get this medication for the last 3 days she finally asked the technician if they would fill it and 2 minutes I finally had my medication in hand. This was my worst experience here. I have been getting my medications here for 10 years but after this I will not be getting my medications through this Walgreens again.

I stopped here to buy some allergy medicine because I was in a pinch and in the area. Walgreens stores are all pretty much set up the same so I found what I needed easily. The lady at the counter was super friendly and we had a nice chat. If I lived in this area I would absolutely return to this store!

I’m disappointed you’ve decided to abandon women by no longer selling mifepristone even though it is a legal, safe drug and protected by federal law.Until you reverse this decision neither I, nor anyone in my family, will be shopping or filling prescriptions at Walgreens.

About to switch pharmacies! They are rude and lazy ! Every time I go to pick up a prescription or call about my prescription I get the run around! Let’s not forget how rude they are like I get your “busy” but you chose this job knowing it’s a fast paste field.

I had an appointment for a flu shot. The pharmacy staff was not at all friendly and I waited 20 minutes after checking in and still didn't get the flu shot. I figured I'd waited long enough and left. I was thinking of switching over to Walgreens but have changed my mind
