Owner was a total jerk. Made it seem like everything was an inconvenience for him. Had a problem with waiting for family to say their goodbye. Very unprofessional 0 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Inappropriate customer service. Rude comments to waiting visitors. Left visitors standing out in cold for over one hour because they didn't want to open front rooms. Would not recommend

Passed out human remains without consent. Very unprofessional. When confronted, Gary (the owner) hung up the phone. What he did is illegal.
