“Best, friendly staff in the area. Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

“I left a note with UPS customer service and the Eden post office called me multiple times trying to reach me to answer my question. I felt that was above and beyond, thankfully I finally answered and they were able to give me even more information than I expected. They also left me voicemails, which I also appreciated because I kept forgetting to call them back and they remained so patient and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. (So thank you Ray!)”

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly no matter how long it takes.
I recently informed about the mail delivery service that has not been reliable in our area. The manager spoke to me and was very transparent about the process and steps taken . That felt made me feel very confident and next day I saw step 2 already been taken care of.
