The guy was so rude- on his phone the whole time, didn't say a word, didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, and then closed the drive-thru window so quickly it almost got my hand. All this because they were closing in 10 mins, and he didn't want to be bothered to act like a decent human (who was being paid to be there). That branch (Long Pond near Latta) has seriously gone downhill over the last 2 years!!!

Tim Hortons has the best coffee. The chocolate chip muffins are very good.

The food is usually good here, however the coffee is hit or miss. I have wasted so much money trying to get different coffees here and they are usually very watered down.

This Tim Hortons used to be SO fast. Now if you've got a few cars in line, expect to be there at least 20 minutes. My mocha iced latte was like all milk too and melted ice.

Basic coffee and donut spot. Stopped for a quick donut, breakfast sandwich and coffee before our errands. Waited with no one in front of us three minutes to order, fortunately we weren't in a rush. It was hot and tasted good.

If you use website or app ordering and get an error that your card details were not correct, STOP! DO NOT TRY AGAIN! The digital experience is completely broken. Every attempt added a pending charge to my bank account. After multiple tries I gave up and went in store, then checked my bank account later that day to a lovely surprise. 138 dollars in pending charges tied up for a week, digital support doesnt answer my ticket and phone support took 30 mins to get to a person that told me oh well cant do anything but wait. The store staff did alright even with manually reading off my order and modifications.The drive-thru is 7' 4" clearance, instead of the standard 9' so it excludes many people in larger vehicles like working trades.User accounts also do not use passwords, but do store payment card info. This is insecure.Edit: tim hortons responded... Asking me to contact them using the same methods i mentioned trying in my review. They do not actually listen when responding to reviews.

My favorite Timmy Ho's! Had a very nice Caramel Ice Capp today and got my toddler some Tim bits! Always good quality, and friendly! Sometimes the line is long, but it's worth it!

For starters i was in line for 20 minutes. Then when i get to the window to pay i hand the girl a $100 bill and she tells me she can’t accept 100s! I said so you’re not going to give me my food and coffee bc you don’t take $100? She said yea sorry we can’t. I called all the other Tim hortons and they said they have never heard of that before!!! This is the last time i will step foot at that location!!! Don’t waste your time or money that they don’t accept!!! Poor poor customer service!!!

Do not except $100 bills?? But every other tim hortons around this branch does!! This branch should just hang it up!! Giving Timmy hos a BAD name. Just look at all the other 1 star reports people wish they had a 0 star clearly they wouldn’t even get that out of me!! More like a -10 star. Close it down

This location ALWAYS tries to close over an hour early. Their hours say 7PM and if you show up at 5:50 they try telling you their espresso machine for the rest of the night because they are down or already down for cleaning. You are open until 7PM so stay open until 7PM. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Every single time. The worst service and I am so sick of it.

Buyer beware!. This location has now begun to water down their coffee. I noticed it a couple weeks ago and now it's every time. I got a medium Double-Double today that tastes like tea because it's all water and milk. News flash Timmy you can't fool coffee drinkers you're trying to save money at our expense. I'm not paying $3 a cup of coffee for water. I'll be going to the spencerport location from now on
