This branch has always been amazing. Fantastic customer service and friendliness. When I recently needed bank checks for an out-of-state closing I had been waiting for the figures from the attorney. At about 4:10 pm, already after closing, the last customer left and I with her knowing the figures would probably come in as soon as I started my car to leave. Sure enough, they did. Knowing having to wait for the bank to reopen would delay my closing as I had to travel out of state for it, Melanie and the branch manager let me back in to get my checks. This was HUGE and took so much pressure off me, I couldn't thank them enough. Always a great experience in this, and my original Huntington branch as well. I was an Emigrant customer since the early '80s and had my concerns when Apple took over, but it's been nothing but a pleasure. One great bank and my thanks to the entire team!

I have used apple bank since before I was an adult. Every time I don’t understand something, anyone there can lead me to the answers I seek. I’ve never had a bad experience once. A member of over 25 years and here’s to triple that, as long as I live that long!

The Apple Bank are Robbers And Thief in broad daylight. Customers, do not walk into The Apple Bank. You are going to lose the few cents and pennies that you have. Take heed, as God is my Witness. It is better that you live from hand to mouth. You do not need a Banking Institution to live to Seventy Years Old. Just today, they stole Two Hundred Dollars from a Wire Transfer that I sent. The girl that call herself The Assistant Secretary call me into The Bank and told me in front of another person that her department took the money for fees after I paid them two different sets of fee to sent The Wire Funds that the person have not receive after Seven Weeks. And the rest of the mony is deposited in my Account. lol. COVID Thief's are on the lose. GLS.

I closed my savings account and I was expecting the tiny accrued interest to be included in the withdrawal. The teller never mentioned anything about that until I asked her after she already had the check prepared and signed. She said that if an account is closed before the end of the cycle, the interest is not paid to the customer. The rates are so bad but to steal a customer’s interest without even warning them is really disgusting. I will never bank with Apple again.

No bank is the same as we remember a year ago, but this is lovely, friendly local bank. Sure, the hours are cut back...but that's the world we're in now. I found every employee to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ATM is a pleasure to use. I've a safety deposit box which is reasonable and I never had to wait to get it. What more could you want!

This bank is unreal. I got a small personal check and they need to call and verify the person wrote it is legit. They said the signature doesnt matter and then only had the house phone on file. So if you are only open buisness hours and you dont have theyre work or cell phone, how
