I came to meadowbrook mobil when my local mechanic failed to properly diagnose my car twice. I was very happy and satisfied with the service I received. Tom was kind and helpful and I am so glad to have my car running smoothly again! Even though this place is well out of the way for me I will keep coming going forward and highly recommend if you are looking for a new, trustworthy mechanic

One of the most honest, trustworthy repair shops that I have ever known. Tom is a very nice, down to earth guy who is always fair and he stands behind his work. Nick is an amazing mechanic who will give you an honest diagnosis and not try to sell you a bunch of extra’s that aren’t needed. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend this shop.

My car started over heating and I got off the exit right away and the first shop I saw was Meadowbrook Service Center and I was glad I pulled in. It was after hours and Tom was leaving for the day, I explained to him my situation and how I was not near my normal mechanic. Although it was past normal business hours , he took the time to help start to diagnose the problem.Nice to feel in good hands.

I was driving on the highway when my car started acting up. I was over an hour from home and my mechanic. I got off at the first exit and googled mechanics and saw that Meadowbrook Service Center had great reviews. And those reviews are truly well earned. Tom had a full shop of cars but he and his mechanic Nick diagnosed my cars problem as soon as they could (broken hub and bearing on front wheel) and got the parts for me while I waited (2005 car, no mean feat). Getting the parts and doing the repair took some time and while I waited I got to watch Tom with the many customers that came and went. It was obvious that many of the customers have been coming to his shop for years. He knew them all, had great relationships with them, knew their cars, and was just as kind to everyone as he was to me. There are a lot of shops that could have taken advantage of me in my situation but you can tell that Tom is just a good man. I couldn’t recommend his shop more highly.

Tom and his crew are the best! Had an issue with squeaky brakes on my 2022 Acura. Took it back to the dealer twice to no avail. The guys at Meadowbrook were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I would highly recommend this shop!Service: Brakes

Something punctured my tire in front of the shop. The mechanic was nice enough to put my spare on because it was unable to be plugged. Felt off when the owner/manager charged me $20 for this simple service. What felt even more off was when I handed him the $20 bill he put it in his pocket and didn't write up any sort of receipt.

I met Tom and the crew performing a Mobile One retail audit last year. This location passed with flying colors. I was so impressed by this location's products, services, and the people I brought my Dad to see Tom with his late model Toyota Camry for an oil change and a NY state inspection. Calling Tom again for another state inspection and oil change for my Dad today. I recommend this Meadowbrook Mobil Service Center for all your automotive preventive and corrective maintenance needs.

I’ve been coming to Meadowbrook service for over a decade. Tom & his mechanics are always up front & probably the best at diagnosing whatever problems arise in my vehicle. Tom is the most honest repair owner I’ve ever met . Just recently had an exhaust manifold changed & he even loaned me a vehicle for the day! Who does that today? Absolutely terribleI never use this place again brought my ram 2016 1500 to this place to replace ball joints now my truck is all messed up the worst part is they send me out on the road with missing bolt from the caliper I would definitely get into an accident but caught it I check everything a soon I got home I brought the truck right back to them another thing is they used really cheap parts and charge my warranty alot of money until today my truck is making clunky noises on both front tires inside by the caliper simple alignment they couldn't do brought it 3 or 4 times they couldn't get it done until I took it to another mechanic place they did it on the first time....worst mechanic shop ever all they do Is try to make money they don't care about costumers cars I feel like they damage other parts of the vehicle...going to the dealership to see what they will find they will or must pay for all this..will upload pictures of the job they they did..Service: Steering & suspension repair

Highly recommend, best customer service you will ever receive. I had a flat tire and they were closing as I arrived after hours and they helped me change my tire after a long days work. They didn't have to especially because it was after hours, but they did and I will always appreciate people like that. Never received customer service like this before!!!!
