We spent 38.00 dollars on cold dried out food. We complained about chicken tenders right away. They said they would drop new ones. Came out we left and got home 4 min away. They were hard as a rock dried out and old. They lied to us. Service was rude. Called when I got home and asked for manager. He said what can I do for you? I said are you the manager? He said Yup. No name, not cordial and sounded like a teenager. I am so disgusted. I will not be returning.

Once in awhile stop off at this Arby's. The curly fries are always fresh and crunchy when I get them. Recommend double meat roast beef sandwich. The gyro would be my second choice over the cheddar roast beef. Never had there Chicken sandwiches. I like the French dip with the roast beef long style sandwich bread. Mellow Yellow is a selection at the soda fountain. Out of the sauce I always go for the creamy horseradish and than three pepper. Just like an roast beef sandwich once awhile.

Ordered via the app and wasn't aware that I had to pick up inside so I asked the drive thru if I could pick up my sandwich at the window and was told no. I explained that it was pouring rain and could I just pick my order up at the window....again I was told no and that I have to come in. I came inside to find my sandwich ready and on the counter. When I tried to talk to someone I was ignored. I left because it wasn't worth it anymore. My sandwich was cold and the bacon hard. I won't be returning and will be deleting the app.

The manager on tonight was phenomenal. Quick friendly service, clean store and he was complimenting his new hire. Very awesome to see. I am a GM myself and that made me very happy to see. Praise in public and preach in private. Well done

2 to 5 happy hour deals for nuggets and spiral fries are awesome. Love that horsey sauce on nuggets

I don't understand why corporate took the broncoberry sauce off the menu ?the poppers were designed with that sauce and serving them with ranch is the most disgusting thing I've tasted in a very long time!! ? BRING IT BACK!!

I wish Arby's had more chicken options, but everything I have had from here is delicious! Prices are higher than I would expect for fast food. It isn't THAT good.6 years later: I got a Chicken Bacon Swiss meal because I was starving and I haven't had Arby's in a while. They forgot the chicken on my chicken sandwich.. disappointing. The BLT with cheese was alright though, just not worth $13.

Rudest drive thru employee I've seen in a long time. No one behind me in line at all. Rushing me through the order and cutting me off constantly. Dumps my drink on me trying to make me take two drinks and a credit card back at the same time. Total prick.

Arby's there food is always good love the sandwich's and other treats offered on the menu. But on this trip the fries ? was not as fresh as they could been I think you can do better.

I've never had a bad cheesesteak until I tried Arby's. Horrible, disgusting sauce. Who puts sauce on a cheesesteak.? I usually like Arby's food.

Just had the new big game burger (elk) and it was very good. I was disappointed that the wagu burger went away but this is a fantastic replacement. I can’t wait to try the venison and beef!! The service was excellent as well!
