We came in and we had wade as our manager. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Dealt with an insane amount of bs to get us switched over with them while he kept a smile on our face. I’m so happy we went through with it.

Wade helped me to port over 6 lines and a watch for my entire family . The experience was seamless and he was attentive every step of the way . He also made sure my account had the latest discounts to make the service as affordable as possible . What a great experience I personally had with Zack from N.Syracuse AT&T store. He was very helpful helping me set up my new S24+ phone. I was very surprised because, I didn't purchase at this store. His goal was to make sure that I was satisfied. In my opinion, AT&T could use more employees like Zack. So, if you head to North Syracuse store ask for Zack. Mention my name Milton. I know he will remember me.

Monday I had the opportunity to work with Wade. He was great! Super professional, knowledgeable, quick, and patient! My phone transfer wasn’t easy, kept failing. Wade made sure it was complete and I was satisfied with everything the following day. THANKS AGAIN WADE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE & ASK FOR WADE!!

Not really sure why everyone’s saying that Wade is so great? Maybe they’ve gotten a new worker whose name is also Wade, within the last couple of years but I went to trade in my phone and had Wade “help” me do it. I’ll start by saying that I was 17 at the time and I’m a young woman so I’m sure that he saw that and only saw dollar signs because he took my card from me and charged me for the rest of the payment of the phone but after my appointment with him, I STILL HAD TO PAY OFF THE PHONE! Not sure what he took my card for but he basically charged me almost $400 unintentionally. DO NOT go here. Do yourselves a favor and ask for a woman’s help. Not some ignorant white dude just trying to make commissions.
Update: Their auto messages aren’t enough for me to recommend them or want to come back in the slightest bit. I wouldn’t recommend AT&T in a million years. Their workers ignorant mistake has burdened me financially for 4 years. The stores responses are a joke.
