Truly a fantastic experience start to finish. Mike was great to work with, I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Customer service was above and beyond what you expect and I drove away in a new to me quality vehicle when I didn’t think anyone could get me financed, Mike got it done. Not only did he get me my car, he asked what I could afford for payments and actually came back with a monthly payment lower than what I said I was comfortable with. That just doesn’t happen, or at least I didn’t think happened anymore. Thank you Mike and Best Buy!

Mike helped me so so much. I’m only 19, and honestly have little/no credit and this was my first time financing a vehicle. Thankfully he was able to help me get approved through a program based off my income and he helped me through every step. Ive been trying to get a car for a year and it’s been so hard and I’m so so happy he helped me get a beautiful car. He went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it, he made my whole year.

Mike was so helpful and he’s just a great person to be around in general. He saw that I was nervous when I first walked in the door and did everything he could to make me comfortable and confident in the vehicle I purchased. From the time I walked through the door with my two year old son, until I pulled out of the parking lot with my new car he treated us as if we were his own family. The amount of stress he has taken off my shoulders is unbelievable. Mike, I wish there were more true and honest people such as yourself out in this world. Mike is the guy I got my car from this Best Buy auto awhile ago. I highly recommend them my partner got a car from them as well as his sister and my nephew and many of my friends him and his team are so professional and they get the job done and fast and work with you in every way they possibly can and get you into the best fitting car for you.

I had the bestest experience with Best Buy Auto Sales on Brewerton with sales manager Mike D. I bought a 2014 Hyundai Tucson and from start to finish Mike went above and beyond to ensure I left a happy customer. He is such a great guy and I valued his opinion because of it. There were moments during the transaction when I had tears of joy lol, Mike literally saved me time and money!! If I could give 10 stars I would . Thank you again Mike!!

I guess I should have asked for Mike. If I could leave a negative star review I would. I completely understand my credit wasn't great and full disclosure I told him. But telling me to pay my bills and I can't buy a car there again. Chris needs a new job and the manager that wouldn't give me his name. I hope Chris gets fired.* On Memorial Day, Chris texted my phone telling me if I don't remove my post by tomorrow then he won't help me. If he could help me, why didn't he before? I went to the dealership the next day, Chris refused to give me the General Managers name and tried to kick me off the property.**The Service Manager came out and helped me by contacting the Manager. Kirk better me at the door when I got there. He was patient and nice. He helped me get a really good deal. Best Buy Auto Sales is great just avoid that one person.***I didn't end up getting a car from them. Go to Great Lakes Honda and talk to Will. They are great from the second you walk in the door. Very professional.

I unexpectedly needed a new vehicle at the beginning of this year and it’s been a long time since I’ve been car shopping. I test drove at a few larger dealerships and they wanted as much turnover as possible. The goal was to push you in any car without giving you a moment to think, even using verbiage over text that assumed you agreed to purchase a vehicle without actually doing so.. Left a bad taste in my mouth.When I inquired on some Subarus with Best Buy Auto, Mike D had the opposite approach. There was no pressure - he allowed me to take a test drive for as long as I needed and to take my time with deciding. I chose a 2016 crosstrek and noticed a few odd sounds when doing the test drive, which they looked into.During the maintenance work they discovered that it needed several big things replaced, including the transmission. Most other dealerships would scrap the car and tell you to pick another one but Mike knew this was a the car for me. They invested extra time, effort, and money into getting the car in tiptop shape. When I was able to pick it up a week later it felt like a brand new car, and I wasn’t charged extra for the extensive work.Best Buy Auto has a free 30 day warranty if any other issue should arise with the vehicle (you can buy up to longer if you wish). I found I needed the serpentine belt replaced, so they had me bring it in no questions asked. Even the staff in the body shop were friendly and got the work done fast.Mike was also able to find me a great financing deal. As someone who is just starting their own business and doesn’t have a very steady income, that was a huge relief. I can’t say enough nice things about Mike D, as he was incredibly personable and a pleasure to work with. I will always recommend Best Buy Auto for anybody looking for a used vehicle!

Mike as Best Buy Auto Sales was hands down THE best car salesman I have ever worked with. My boyfriend has been looking for a car and Mike went above and beyond to get us the best rates and make sure the car was 100% perfect before purchase. I can’t say enough good things. He genuinely cares.

Gary is amazing! He found us the perfect car that had everything we needed and was in terrific shape. We ended up going with a 2013 Buick Encore but he worked with us through six different test drives and gave us so many different options within our budget. He was always concerned more about whether or not I liked the car and if it would fit our needs than trying to upsell anything. He provided CarFax for every vehicle we looked at both on demand and before we even asked, and added floor mats and a second key free of charge. It's really something to say that you feel like a car salesman is looking out for you instead of the other way around. He was also just great to be around and made purchasing a car an enjoyable experience instead of a painful one. I love my new car, thank you again, Gary!

Absolutely awesome team. Huge Shout out to Kori Palmer. and The service and detail team. This is my first financed vehicle and you guys made it happen and i am sitting in your waiting room watching my salesman put on plates to my beautiful 2016 Ford Explorer. I appreciate all of you and Kori is a HUGE asset to this company!! From my test drive with ken to my signing with Kori. I am blown away! The detailing of the vehicle was PHENOMINAL. and the customer service accurate paperwork and all my wishes and needs were met. I will be buying here from now on?.

1 word - Mike!I recently needed a vehicle, I have less than great credit, I'm a single mother, and I'm cheap as hell.Mike called me the same day I submitted an inquiry about a vehicle and he helped me through the entire process.He was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a monthly payment I didn't want to curl up in a ball and cry over. I even drove 4 hours south to get the car instead of buying local simply because Mike made the process so easy.I don't want anyone to think this is a fake review. I wanted to buy the big beautiful Dodge Durango and Mike even put in the effort to get that financed but I couldn't afford the payment. No one's fault but my own for not being a Neurologist in my off time.Moral of this ridiculously long story, working with Mike was absolutely the best way to go and in grateful for his personality and the time he spent helping me.Mike's boss - He deserves a raise or gift cards to the finest strip club you have to offer ?Thank you again!
