Today is Saturday. I had an emergency and needed something shipped ASAP to be delivered by Monday at the latest. The location is 4 hours away and in the same state. I rushed to the nearest FedEx store- 628 S. Main St. N. Syracuse. (I tried doing overnight express online and it wouldn’t let me process) to get information on how I can get my package delivered by Monday. I was willing to pay $90 which was quoted online for this to happen. In store I spoke to Caitlin who told us it would be $13 for the package to be delivered TOMORROW (Sunday). I questioned the price difference and she told us (my partner was with me so I know I’m not mistaken on what was told by her) it was because it’s going to the same state it would be picked up by truck not plane and therefore be at its destination by tomorrow. Perfect then, my package would get there by Monday. We left for about an hour to go get my package, drove across towns to come back and get this package shipped. Caitlin was there again but now telling us it would be there Tuesday. We were just in an hour ago and she specifically told us, even after we double checked, the package WOULD in fact be there when we needed it to be. We questioned why she JUST told us otherwise because we would not have driven all that way AGAIN if this was not possible. It was made very clear. She had no answer as to why she told us either incorrect information or lied directly to us other than “that’s the only option” and stare at us like a sad puppy dog because she didn’t know how to admit she made a mistake. That’s all she could say when we asked her why she told us otherwise. I could have used that time to figure something else out with a company who wanted to get paid and help me. Seems like Caitlin needs to be retrained on how to gather and share proper information with customers and not lie. There was also no one else in the building so she wasn’t busy, just careless and didn’t want to do her job.

Delivered a destroyed box to the wrong address because the driver didn't want the package refused. Tried returning it, they refused because they wanted to charge me for their box and packing.

Bunch of Sissy boys work for this company. I had a guy scared to get out of the truck because my chickens we’re by the door. Then today he pulled up with another guy and took a picture of my birds and drove off with my packages

My workplace has started using FEDEX to ship some items, which I've started being the runner for after work. This is the location I drop our shipments off to during my evening commute home. The staff here are always quick, helpful, and friendly whenever I walk in to drop off. I've also asked about passports here and they were really thorough on the timeframes. I have no complaints!

Got there at 3 minutes before the scheduled open for business time, met 4 others waiting. The clerk didn't arrive until 15 minutes past the hour, then announced that it would be another 10-15 minutes before they open!

Even though I have two other Fedex shops closer to me by proximity, nothing beats the relationship I have with the team here. Helpful, responsive, and always willing to help me get the job done. Even when they are busy, they handle themselves calmly and professionally. Thank you North Syracuse Fedex Team!

To say that this place in a whole has terrible customer service would be an unfair review. I have gone to this place numerous times to return shoes that were packed in a shoe box which was also in a box. Well on Wednesday I attempted to send a pre paid package out when one of the employees tried to upsell me for $4 of fill because the 3.5 inches of voided space for my 2 pound pair or Sneakers was "dangerous to the delivery drivers". Needless to say she refused my shipment vecause i wouldn't buy their fill. If you've become that desperate for money that you need upsell people on trash to take up 3.5 inches of space then I will find another place to do business.
