No matter how many times this driver is reported FedEx refused to have him fired, the deliveries are CONTRACTED out! I've experienced damaged goods now for 2 years, still can't get this guy fired.

The wouldn't ring my doorbell so I could receive my package. For 3 days he refused to ring the doorbell so I had to go out North Syracuse and get it because he is lazy. FedEx sucks!!

Damaged package, contained a liquid that was spilled by the driver or FedEx packing the truck locally. Package was severely damaged causing the bottle of liquid to break and spill out. Fire the driver and or the packers! The driver should have never brought the package to the door, but should have contacted his manager to see what should be done.

Seems like FedEx has gone down hill. I'll admit, I missed my delivery at first. Called customer support who said that it was on redeliver for same day. No one showed. First lie. Called customer service again, told them repeatedly I couldn't be home to sign for package. Customer service lied again saying the package would be delivered at the end of the day. Nearest pick up is over an hour away. Can say I will always dread if I see FedEx delivering a package I order.
