Ive gone here for years and spent thousands. The past 2 years service is terrible. Repairs that should take a few hours turn into days. Appointments made online are routed to monroe and then the punk at the service desk at mr tire blames you for their website being messed up. Dont go here. Pick somewhere else.

Always a great experience at the Mr. tire in North Syracuse. Friendly staff and very fair pricing. I never get the feeling like they’re trying to sell me additional services to increase sales. Always excellent!

The rims got scratched while they installed 4 new tires. Same scratch in a circle around all 4 rims. I was told to call corporate instead of them owning up to the damage. If you like your rims, I would avoid this shop.

These guys are awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly. I brought my WRX here for annual maintenance and they had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and the prices was cheaper than competitors in the area. I highly recommend these guys

The people who work here are always honest and straight to the point. Best preaching from here to the finger lakes. We’ve been using them for years for multiple makes and models of cars they have the knowledge and skill to get you fixed up and back on the road. We’ve taken coupes, mini vans, SUVs, sports cars etc here that we have owned throughout the past 10 years. We are grateful for the people at Mr tire who go above and beyond every time.

I initially came in because I needed tires for my rear. I then explained another issue I was having caused by an undiagnosed issue from another Mr. Tire location. The diagnosis was accurate and quick. So all in all I got two tires, an alignment, rotors, brakes, NY inspection, and an oil change. Geoff really took care of the needs and concerns that I had!! This ended up being a two part servicing being that the first day I was coming after work. The second day being the best of the two I was in and out in a timely manner. On the second day had the pleasure of working with Craig and Geoff, but Craig is the first technician worked with from this location and the reason I choose to come back to this particular one to have work done! I enjoy this location well enough, that I have recommended other people who I know to come here. One will be stopping to have work done today!! Thanks guys you've been great!! I will continue to come here anytime I need my vehicle serviced.

First off they are very nice and talk to you, not at you. Went to get my inspection done and needed new brakes to pass. This I excepted as I knew the brakes were getting old. They told me my sway bars are passible but are getting old. He explained what would happen and even brought me back and showed me what they are and do. He gave no pressure to get it done or anything which I throughly appreciated. I decided to save the headache later and get it all done at once. Would recommend going there to anyone I know.
