I was shopping for FF wet kitten food the CNYSPCA was asking for and when there wasn't many on the shelf the clerk took it upon himself to search for more in store and try to order some online through PC for me. I and the CNYSPCA appreciate that

Never bring your animals here for a vaccine. They're completely unprofessional. Act like I'm a meowing cat is going to hurt them. Spaz out over nothing and try to put choke collars on every animal. They have no idea what they're doing and they make completely false medical statements to justify their stupid actions. They should be stripped of their medical license. I wouldn't bring my animal here under any circumstance ever again.
