I have had bad luck with two other pool companies whether it be opening or closing. I know one of the Assistant Managers named Justin at Tarson on Taft, he always showed he cared about my pool like it was his own. When I requested a closing everyone was so thorough. Every question was answered and believe me I asked a lot of them! When they came to close it everything was disconnected and waiting for me to put it away for the winter. Really impressed with the professionalism and the care. I will be calling them to open it too that’s for sure!

Terrible service!!! I highly recommend staying away from this company! They installed a new pool liner back in May of this year, after 2 months the liner is pulling away from the edge of the pool. Have tried calling for 3 weeks now, no one in their service department will answer their phones, I leave a message, no one returns the calls. I left a message for their salesman who sold us the liner, no return call. Finally figured out if I call their new pool sales department I’ll get a real person. I talk to them and they assure me that someone will get back to me, well it’s been 3 weeks and still no return call. They’re great on taking your money, but when it comes to service I’d give them less than 1 star! Stay away!

I just had to share our exceptional experience with Allen Jerabeck at Tarson. Allen's expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping us choose the perfect above ground pool for our budget. I also want to give a big shout-out to Brandon and his team for their efficient and flawless installation. If you're in the market for a pool, I highly recommend working with Allen and the team. Response to Owner:Mr. Tarson, you seem to be missing the entire point. No one cares about the stained carpet, so stop it.My son DID NOT enter your chemical shed without speaking to anyone...are you high?Here is the issue and it saddens me that I would have to explain this to someone with customer service experience:It's about how your company's employees speak to customers. Had there been the smallest semblance of care, I would not have called Phil and physically drove to the store to call him out. Your customers are people bro..Your boy Phil lied to me on the phone stating my son grabbed the wrong containers.When Mr. Tarson was on the phone with my wife, he was very apologetic that the containers were not bagged and stated he would "look into it".So, how did that go?The remedy offered is repairing the carpet.Let me say this again: NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE STAINED CARPET!What I care about is how my family is treated.Grow up broOriginal review:Chemicals leaked all over my wife's trunk. She spoke with Phil. I'd call him a tool, but tools are useful. Apparently Tarson takes no responsibility for unsealed chemicals. I could care less about the stained carpet. My wife has a sever headache from the chemicals that leaked in her trunk.Go somewhere else.Update: after asking my son why he didn't grab the containers that were bagged, I learned there were NO CONTAINERS BAGGED at the time of pickup. I then drove to the store and saw an employee bagging containers (see photo).Phil lied to me stating my son picked up the wrong containers. Thanks Phil.When I entered the store and spoke with Phil in person, he asked what exactly he should do.I stated anything other than brushing me off and minimizing the issue, anything other than blaming my son..

To take time to be helpful and that speaks highly for Tarson’s hiring people who care that’s how good business survive and being a loyal customer not needing care over the years but when the need is there they comply with special hands. They are more worried about selling the pool or hot tub then actually caring about the customer. I have called countless times left messages and all I do is get transferred every time I get someone on the phone. Horrible experience I don’t suggest them to anybody.

Allen from Tarson Pools & Spas listened to our needs and helped us pick out the perfect spa for us. The J-385 spa has exceeded our expectations in comfort and in functionality. The delivery crew were professional and very courteous. They had the spa set up and running in a short period of time. Allen was very cordial and kind to me (as I was very ignorant but interested in making a purchase): He explained all models and features, and he was able to meet my needs. Sandy was great in accounts services, too (Thanks!). The setup team (Thanks, James and colleagues!) called on the day of installation, and they showed up and had my spa set up in under 2 hours. It was a difficult landscape to navigate, but they did it in style. There were no glitches or problems. I have had the spa for almost a week now, and I am in it every day. Thank you to Tarson Pools & Spas for the fabulous Jacuzzi hot tub they installed in our backyard. We have wanted this for years and finally decided to take the plunge. Bob Tarson could not have been any more professional. He got us a phenomenal deal on a top of the line spa. His team was fast, courteous and efficient. They explained in detail everything we needed to know to operate and best care for our new spa. You would be wise to contact these people for all your pool and spa needs!

You need service? These guys are top notch!!! My hot tub is running 20 degrees lower than digital temp states.I called in need of a hot tub repair/trouble shoot part numbers. The girl who answered said she would speak to the service in am and call me back.Well the actual service tech Jeff called back the next morning. Now I had already spoke to 3 other hot tub dealers in NY and PA who were little to no help, just pushing the parts for me to order no one would service it.Jeff spent 5 minutes on the phone with me troubling shooting. Jeff said the hot tub is for sure in economy mode, he gave me step by step how to check the programing when I got back home.Sure enough the kids had accidently hit the program button and put the hot tub in economy mode.I was ready to buy a $300.00 control panel amongst other parts thinking it was broken. Thank you Jeff !!!! Thank you so much !!! Your 5-10 minutes of time spent saved me hundreds of $$. You are an example of what customer service should be, kindness, caring, patience most important understanding when you didn't have to go that extra step. If everyone looked at others the way you do, the world would be a whole lot nicer!Thank you again for what you did for me !!! Tarson is lucky to have you on their team!!!
